Would have been 5 star if the information I received by email was as accurate as it could have been. Email stated that the information was based on actual usage and that was not the case. If variables are used - say what they are and why. If these figures are likely to change- say so- in my instance the unit prices went up from email to website - causing confusion especially to me who is 76.

Review of National Tyres and Autocare
Just visited the Depot at Dunbar Road Haddington and the service provided by Kier and staff was excellent. Tyre repaired and refitted quickly and very efficiently.
However the shocking state of the premises they work in is not worthy of the staff (repairs are urgently required)

Only one reason for not 5 star and that was for communication point only. Email received gave me dates and informed me that I had a smart meter on contacting you I was informed that the dates given in said email were wrong and confirmed that I dont have a smart meter. Contact got dates wrong too.

Goods ordered on 14th May. Express Delivery - did not arrive. Made contact with all numbers on documentation but no answer or disconnected. Did some detective work and found another telephone number 020 8881 2000. My order was seemingly lost by courier and they have no replacements available. My money has been refund.
