Avoid. Awful customer service.

Update 3rd of Feb: finally had refund issued after they deducted £3.36 to cover posting faulty items back to them.

Ordered a desk mat, phone case and two screen cleaners. Product was delayed and then arrived with awful screen cleaners which left screens more dirty and a desk mat which would not flatten after 4 days of laying flat. I am on day 7 of trying to resolve with various emails back and forth. I am now returning it all and paying postage to do so. Really bad customer service. Will not be using them again.

Poor customer experience

Agree with other reviewers, the company doesn't seem to be running properly. Item was ordered and expected to arrive 2-3 days later. Nothing arrived. Then a notification from dpd arrived to say they are waiting for parcel from smirk. Emailed smirk twice, no response. Contacted PayPal and smirk sent a msg thru them to say it's with dpd and due to be delivered next day. No delivery! Raised the matter as a claim a couple of days later and hey presto, dpd advised they now had the parcel and it was then delivered the following day! Luckily I purchased via PayPal. Otherwise I don't think they would have responded.

For context, Smiles Powder UK Limited (the original founding entity and owner of Smirk) went into receivership. After a very lengthy and complicated legal process, we are officially the new owners of Smirk!

Appauling Customer Service

FINAL UPDATE: Thankfully I purchased using PayPal. I was able to raise a dispute and only then was my refund processed in full. Avoid this company.

UPDATE: As you can see from the company's response, apparently my refund was raised straight away - still waiting - they are exhausting to deal with.

Please DO NOT use this company. The saga is ongoing to get my refund. Despite their goods going straight back to them on the van it arrived on, unopened - I am having to chase and wait. Despicable customer service.

Appauling Customer Service. Do not use them. Quick to take an order. Extremely slow to resolve or refund. And they do not listen to what you are saying.

Daals replied to this review with all of their false details again.where has the simple service gone to just pick up the phone and have an adult conversation?

Avoid this company.

As advised this was already out for delivery and so you refused the delivery with the driver.
Your refund was raised right away and has been sent to our accounts team for processing.

Inconsiderate Driver

Driver rung Bell four times and banged on the door numerous times all withing 30 seconds... With two young children at home... Honestly, give someone a chance to get to the door!
