Good choice of Sofa's, ease to order, delivery reasonable timeframe, on delivery part of the Sofa was damaged, SCS sorted out quickly and kept as informed and we now have our new sofa which is great

Orders 2 plants 6 weeks ago, was advised at time of ordering it would be 15 day wait so was prepared for that not 6 weeks, could not get in touch with anyone in the company as all lines of communication was shut down, plants just arrived and one of them is dead, would never use this company ever again, service is absolutely diabolical

So a week a go I last posted my review and had a reply telling me they trying their best, still no delivery, still showing as being processed even though it's now 5 weeks and still no communication lines, all I want is a refund and my order cancelled as no longer want it from this company but can't even get hold of them which I assume is why, so no one can cancel, absolute joke
