Have had no confirmation of my order…

Have had no confirmation of my order and they do not answer my e mails so I have no option other than to contact my card provider and Trading Standards.. I do not recommend this company

Very hard to complain to Asda even…

Very hard to complain to Asda even tried writing but just get ignored. My payment wouldn't go through no problem on my side so I phoned customer service... you can be speaking to anyone anywhere in the world someone took my card details without putting me through to the payment department I complied because I was flustered... now realise that is very worrying but no-one has got back to me also had all my pre paid slots taken off me over Xmas.

I have had quite a few cushions from Homescapes and they have all arrived extremely quickly they are beautiful and really good quality and value I would definitely recommend this company

Just bought a chest of drawers using…

Just bought a chest of drawers using their Klarna easy payment option using my mobile apparently it did not go through successfully as I was on a mobile so just found out I have paid in full was told to cancel and redo it on another device not an option as I don't have one!

Bad after service

I bought a Swan kettle from ao. com and when it arrived it leaked when I informed ao. com they told me to contact Swan who told me it was aos problem so I got back to AO who have not helped me at all and just ignore my messages. I am fifty one pound worse off and don't have a kettle I am shocked at their indifference and would never buy anything from them again. My freinds and family think I should take things further now as I have given them plenty of time.. very disappointed

I waited weeks for a kettle that cost…

I waited weeks for a kettle that cost me over fifty pounds when it arrived I discovered it leaks I have sent two messages to AO and they have not even bothered to get back to me.. I can't use the kettle.. I am probably going to have to speak to my card provider and Trading Standards... very disappointed
