Waiting for a parcel from very supposedly being delivered by yodel who told me it was being delivered on Wednesday it didn't and now can't get any information from yodel or very about when I might receive said parcel I arranged to be home all day now it seems to have disappeared...both companies are rubbish..will contact my card provider

I ordered some make up on Yesstlyle over two weeks ago I have not received it or any information... can't track it or speak to anyone or get any information at all.. very disappointed I won't be using them again and if I don't hear from them will just contact my card provider

I have ordered some make up on yesstlyle it hasn't arrived..I can't track and can't speak to anyone the complaints procedure just keeps sending me back to the beginning...if it doesn't turn up soon will just contact my payment provider...will not be buying anything else from them

Like others I also got caught up in the £36 subscription unintentionally did not want it and have tried to unsuscribe to no avail do not go near this company... .5 hours later so complained to them and actually they have been amazing.. refunded my money and explained the membership concept after phoning me they are going to make it clearer that the membership is to keep the prices low 👍👍👍

Apparently Victoria Plum have a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee.. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my refund of approx £600 which I am paying interest on they just keep fobbing me off... so much for their no quibble guarantee!!

I love your paint the quality is second…

I love your paint the quality is second to none but when this new colour was on a whole wall I'm afraid I really didn't like it it looked dated but in a bad way.. I had used a tester pot but it's hard to tell on a small area.. it won't put me off staying with you I have used your paint for years.
