Ich bestell so gut es geht nurmehr von Napalm Records. Dadruch das ich das Glück habe und fast neben ihnen wohne kommen die Lieferungen mega schnell an. Sie haben eine super Auswahl an Vinyl Platten und der Kundenservice ist immer super nett und Antwortet mega schnell. Beste Laden wo gibt.

Also ich kann nichts negatives über FedEx schreiben. Der Lieferant läutet immer an und kommt immer zur rechten Zeit.

The problem was that a T was missing from the destination country from the beginning. Instead of AUT (Austria), it ended up in Australia (AU). However, Lower Austria is listed in the address. This mistake can happen to anyone, and it's not my problem (even though I've been waiting for a long time). My problem is that no one takes responsibility for it, even though I've written to everyone. Neither the USPS nor Australia Post takes responsibility for it. Now the Australian Post has even attempted delivery in Australia... unbelievable. I'll probably have to wait another 2-3 MONTHS! for it to arrive at all...

I don't know how these people work nationally, but internationally... unbelievable. I always thought this problem happened more often with Australia and Austria, so I wasn't worried about the parquet being sent the wrong way. I even wrote them an email, but they didn't feel responsible for my problem, just like the USPS. Now Australia Post has attempted delivery in their country, even though the parquet says Lower Austria... Now I apparently have to wait another two months for the parquet to arrive (if it arrives at all), and it will most likely break because it's fragile. Great work... really.

Maybe great for Americans, but terrible for international buyers, where an address can easily be incorrect. I ordered a record in August. Unfortunately, it was sent to Australia (AU) instead of AT (Austria). I contacted everyone, but no one was interested, and the seller didn't even respond. They even attempted delivery in Australia, despite my contacting them... simply unbelievable. Now I'll probably have to wait another two months, and since the record contains liquid, it will most likely break. Very annoying....

Ich fand den Kundenservice sehr nett und hilfreich. Alles was ich bis jetzt bei Media Markt bestellt habe, kam rechtzeitig an und war immer zufrieden. So wie man in den Wald hineinschreit so kommt es einen eben retour und eine Beschwerde ist meist schneller geschrieben als ein Lob.

Ich verstehe die schlechte Bewertung hier nicht. Habe noch nie eine Bewertung geschrieben aber hier muss ich DHL einmal verteidigen. DHL ist meines Erachtens der beste Paketdienst. Soweit ich das Beurteilen kann waren die Lieferanten immer freundlichen und ich habe meine Pakete immer erhalten.
Ich muss mich manchen hier anschließen: eine Beschwerde ist schneller geschrieben als ein Lob. Außerdem liefert DHL meine Pakete immer viel viel schneller als so manch anderer Zusteller.
Man muss sich auch in klaren sein, wie viele Massen an Paketen täglich verschickt werden (für die Umwelt etwas fragwürdig aber das ist ein anderes Tema). Sind auch nur Menschen und ich bin dankbar das wir in einer Zeit leben, wo so etwas überhaupt möglich ist. Danke an DHL!
