The problem was that a T was missing from the destination country from the beginning. Instead of AUT (Austria), it ended up in Australia (AU). However, Lower Austria is listed in the address. This mistake can happen to anyone, and it's not my problem (even though I've been waiting for a long time). My problem is that no one takes responsibility for it, even though I've written to everyone. Neither the USPS nor Australia Post takes responsibility for it.
