Shocking how bad they have gotten

Shocking how bad they have gotten, no wonder they have competition now. Guarantee 20% of my post sending and receiving goes missing unless signed for or tracked even then someone has been a thieving xxxxx. I posted myself a letter with comics in from Oxford to Radley as it was tipping it down and I didn’t want them getting wet. Sealed the comics in nicely and a few day later arrived and someone and taken a scalpel opened and removed the comics and then dropped off to be signed. Of course I complained show proof of how much they were and proof of purchase and postal proof. I was offered £4.00+ for the postage only and sorry sxxx happens. Not only do they employ thieves they treat customers like crap and it our fault for using their service.

No interest running a good letting…

No interest running a good letting agency once the tenants go rouge and start wrecking the property.

Soon as my tenants got there passports a bragged to anyone who would listen that they are gonna get a council house for free once I kicked them out, agency I chose as it was two minutes walk from the house handed over the day to day dealings to Cardiff office, nowhere near Oxford. Long story short they get paid and did nothing to help remove scum that cost me 30k in damages. Still every know again phone me up asking if I want to sell and let with them again…. Go xxxxx yourselves.

Would get 5 starts but….

Would get 5 starts but….. Whoosh needs more of the Tesco value stuff and stuff on offer not just a tiny selection, and not bump prices up just because you can, I am ok getting to the shop myself but my mother and others in her position rely on this kind of service for basic shopping needs. Make it easier and more choice for them and you’ve got a winner! Right now Whoosh is just ok. My local store is great, my mums local store is great as well just to far for her to walk sadly hence this review! Sort out Whoosh make it better.

Left a review waiting on a reply. So easyJet messed up admitted repeatedly that they messed up but still couldn’t offer me a refund just a sincere apology. Bullxxxx they refuse to refund and what I read they would rather lose customers and money than refund. Not the best business model. I would double check any ticket you buy soon as you buy it and check the currency they have asked for from your bank. I’m flying back Thursday and using Ryanair that’s £100.00 easyJet lost and more flights in future.

Thieving lying a holes.

Thieving xxxxxxx paid for a flight off the app for a flight from Copenhagen to Gatwick, using the app in Sweden using Swedish prices, expected the money out of my UK bank in Swedish converted which was £20.00ish checked my account and over £30.00 had been taken looked at the receipt and instead of SAK it was DDK Danish krona which as you can see is completely different. Spoke to customer service and said it’s the banks fault after talking to the bank made it very clear it was obviously EasyJet’s fault. Phoned back and they said nothing they could do about it now sorry! So they just stole money off me. Never flying with them again and if I do expect me to be the worst customer possible. Taking the money then blaming the bank and treating me like sxxx is not the way to run a company.

Instead of amending my last review I’ll…

Instead of amending my last review I’ll just give them another honest angry review. My claim for loss of card resulting loss of holiday loss of flight loss of hotel loss of food and drink costing me over 24 hours in time, £200.00+ in money. Missing a mates 50th I got offered £60.00 so that insult on top of injury. On top of that I’m still a week later without a card so thank £&@£ I did cancel my holiday I couldn’t get there or back this rate. Will be taking this further.

This is about their mail order service

This is about their mail order service. I recommend to everybody do not order special editions, variant editions, or anything out of the ordinary as they won’t send it give you the standard edition and say you got what you ordered. Keep away from them, there are a lot better comic online delivery services.

Table table Doncaster, it’s a surprise they aren’t busier during the lunchtime especially with the very good price £5.00 lunch menu. Tried most of it and very good value apart from the All-Day Breakfast Flatbread…. Avoid that one. Very reasonable price drinks and mostly friendly staff.

Toby Carvery Edenthorpe, would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for the last three times I’ve been in, I usually go once or twice a month, and something has been different recently, the food quality is down and my favourite dish beef Yorkshire wrap has been not very good, it looks the part but the gravy is not tasty anymore, the Yorkshire pudding is very bland, the beef thankfully is still very tasty. I hope the standard changes back asap and if it does I’ll do another review with five stars!

25 hours of stupidity on the banks behalf.

My card stopped working at 5pm monday tried multiple shops and cash points. Bank closed 3pm. Phoned the helpline 5:30ish kept on hold with crap music they need to re-record or get a new one, line went dead around 6pm went on the app help which was AI and not helpful. Had to walk back to my hotel as I had no cash. Two and a half hours walk, tried again to order food as I was hungry hadn’t eaten since breakfast. Went to bed hungry. Work up 8 and phoned only waited 20 minutes and got through and did all the checks and was hung up on, I’m hoping it was because of bad reception so far I doubt that… tried again and even worse reception and cut off. That’s over two hours on the phone, two and a half hours wasted walking and then another two hour and half hours walk and twenty four hours without food. Got to the bank and I was seen by I’m guessing the manager (Abingdon branch) and she was great helped get me cash a new card ordered everything great with her. Im furious because it was the fraud squad that canceled my own card. Over twenty five hours to get my own money. I will be taking this further I will tell anyone keep away from this bank from now on.

Don’t use National Express.

Paid expecting a coach ended up a double decker without suspension. Two hour journey without an onboard toilet which I was expecting being a coach. Last time I book with national express rip off, which also reminds me I paid extra for the privilege of being ripped off by them instead of buying a ticket onboard.
