DO NOT TRUST 1 WORD FROM THESE CHINESE FAKERS!

Firstly, this company is based in China, so that's the first lie.
I paid a fair price for, what I thought to be, a 7 in 1 multitool. When it arrived, it was about 50% smaller than I would have expected, and more like a useless toy, not the tool I purchased for work!
Everything about this company is a lie from the very start. The person advertising the tool must have been a child, as their hands made it look normal sized.
Just one more Chinese, poor quality, misleading advertising, and over priced company.
STAY AWAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Danger to life!!!

Purchased a pool tent direct from Bestway. This could have easily turned in to a danger to life situation!! This tent is not safe for purpose at all.
I erected the tent yesterday and everything was fine. Today, there was a slight wind and a short rain shower, and the tent has collapsed from the roof inwards.
Had there been anyone in the pool at the time, they would have been trapped in the water!!! VERY DANGEROUS!
I have now been on hold to "customer services" for 40 mins, when waiting times are supposed to be up to 15 minutes.
Sort this out Bestway, before I need to contact the HSE!!!
UPDATE.......

Bestway have now contacted me, were very helpful and concerned. They have told me that they are issuing a full refund. Upon dismantling the tent, I found one of the poles had split catastrophically, which had caused the tent to collapse in to the pool.

I called to cancel my subscription

I called to cancel my subscription, but Nicola talked me in to staying, with a reduction in cost and a very personable attitude and manner. Very friendly, bubbly and very nice to talk to.

Let down for the second time

Second time over tried ordering from this shambles of a company, and second time they've let me down. Now I have to wait for my money to be refunded yet again!!! If you take the money straight away, you should refund it just as quick! Now I have to wait to buy my tyres from a real company. I'll never try this company again.

I ordered and paid for Mounjaro a week ago and have not received anything from them. The WhatsApp number is being ignored and there is no other way of contacting them. They've literally taken over £100 and won't answer. Do not trust this place!!!

Great customer service!

I purchased a headtorch 14 months ago and was really impressed with it, until the battery wasn't holding its charge very long. I emailed Olight to ask how to change the battery, with a view to buying a new battery from them to replace it. They told me that it's a sealed unit and has a non-replaceable battery pack. They asked for the model name etc and then informed me that it was no longer available.
The CS rep then went and checked if it was under warranty, which it is, and told me to choose something of a similar value to replace it.
THIS IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I couldn't be happier with my outcome.
Thank you Olight, you now have a customer for life. Well done!

Had a few teething problems when I…

Had a few teething problems when I first received my portable monitor, but the customer service people were fast to react and give advice. It ended up being the samsung DEX feature that was stopping my phone being mirrored. With it enabled, it turns it in to a desktop. Very handy!

I swapped from sky broadband

I swapped from sky broadband, to BT broadband 2 years ago. What a massive mistake that was!
I was getting very slow speeds through Sky, because BT throttle back speeds on the lines to suit themselves.
after a couple of days of having BT, I had to have an engineer come out because my connection started dropping out and my speeds were diving well below the 50Mbps that they guaranteed.
Fast forward 2 years and here we are, just 2 weeks after getting the fault fixed, but still getting slow speeds.
To add insult to injury, they just offered me £20 compensation for 18 months disrupted service and slow speeds!
AVOID USING BT!!! Be warned.......

Great little community of prize potters. I've won 2 prizes in as many weeks, one of them being the top prize of £1000, which was paid immediately in to my bank. Now the wife is happy that our little caravan holiday is paid for in July. Couldn't ask for a better draw. Thank you Joe.

This company is a scam

Delivery time 7 business days, time to post 3 business days. Total = 2 weeks. I'm now on 3 weeks of waiting and still no item.
I've sent 4 emails, with no reply at all. I've tried calling both phone numbers, but both are out of service. Last message I received said delivery would be 18/03/24. I paid on 23/02/24

Edit.....
We are now on the estimated day of delivery, with no contact back from customer services, and no update on delivery of item.

They advertise their premises as a unit in Yorkshire, but upon calling the neighbouring address, there isn't a physical address as named. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

What an absolutely fraudulent name

What an absolutely fraudulent name! One call? Should be can't call! They offer a rubbish "live chat" feature that kicks you out after waiting for half an hour in a queue. There isn't any possibility of actually talking to a human on the phone. They cancelled my insurance because I didn't have funds, now they're threatening me with debt collection even though they're not providing any service for the money. Fraudsters! I'll be contacting the ombudsman.

I ordered and paid for some Ray Ban…

I ordered and paid for some Ray Ban prescription sunglasses on 10th April and still haven't received anything but emails to fob me off. It is now 5th April and I am still waiting. Apparently the lenses didn't meet QC standards and they will take even longer. I will never use this place again. Waiting to see if they compensate me, or refund. Sick of waiting!
