Great customer service!

I purchased a headtorch 14 months ago and was really impressed with it, until the battery wasn't holding its charge very long. I emailed Olight to ask how to change the battery, with a view to buying a new battery from them to replace it. They told me that it's a sealed unit and has a non-replaceable battery pack. They asked for the model name etc and then informed me that it was no longer available.
The CS rep then went and checked if it was under warranty, which it is, and told me to choose something of a similar value to replace it.
THIS IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I couldn't be happier with my outcome.
Thank you Olight, you now have a customer for life. Well done!
