I ordered and paid for some Ray Ban…
I ordered and paid for some Ray Ban prescription sunglasses on 10th April and still haven't received anything but emails to fob me off. It is now 5th April and I am still waiting. Apparently the lenses didn't meet QC standards and they will take even longer. I will never use this place again. Waiting to see if they compensate me, or refund. Sick of waiting!

We are so sorry for the delay in your order being shipped to you, and apologise that your lenses needed to be remade as they didn't reach our quality standards once they had arrived from our external manufacture. Your order has been completed as of today, and should be delivered tomorrow via a UPS courier service, and we do hope you're pleased with them once they arrive.
