Drivers are brilliant and possibly better off working for a better compan..evri service is disgusting and you have virtually no customer services. delivery promises are not worth the space they occupied..

Supplied a power supply with connector on which is incorrect for the item that it was purchased for.. made me feel that it was my fault even tho i sent proof that the connector was too short and of wrong type told me that they have not got time or resources to deal with the issue.no doubt they will make an excuse on here.anybody who wants to see the photos are welcome.
I tried amazon prime AGAIN in the hope service had got better ..omg .but yet again i let down messed about lied to and wasted a full day again and at the end of the day i have no clue if or when my delivery will happen. Very poor... support real shops instead. Shame you have to leave at least one star !!
By far the worst people i have had the mistake of dealing with ..abosute nightmare vpoor service. Apoorling advisors problems from sq 1..avoid avoid still ongoing as of 10.2024

Very disappointed i have a unitlite since it first came out but cd player .never worked properly so i used my cd 5 instead until i could afford to send it for repair at my cost.i recived it back but have had other commitments and could not use it ..so o started to use it ... guess what ..still faulty. And now sounds as it there is a fault on the din out sound is very flat ..Very disappointed.i used to be a naim fan but. No more please look into other companies first .v

Whent to two one did not haventhe bits i was l looking for .the gentleman looked and found a store close by had them. I whent to the other shop and a very pleasant lady sorted it for me
Don't use aliexpress if you can help it.. if some you order turns up a different item you will be lucky if you get 50% refund .if you return an item that the seller sends out incorrectly you will mostly have to pay shipping even tho its not your own fault...if you get an item that goes faulty or is faulty the sellers can ignore you. Aliexpress will not help
I had my electric bill emailed to me while i was ill with corona virus which was not a problem . But what was a problem was that my bank card was at work i am self employed so as such i donot earn any money while i am off sick or self isolated. So i got my card and tried to pay my bill ...but the app would not let me..so i phoned to which i was told that there is a £10 late charge my account was in credit before i even had the bill..now i have been told that there are no mangers or anyone else i can talk to and have been advised that if i donot pay the late charge that they will put more charges on .ant that recovery agencies will be informed..theese people are bullies
I have made many purchases over the last 2 years and they have not let me down.. if customers need to know if a tool or machine is genuine ..ask them ! They have always told me the truth
I have been emailing regarding the oil price going down after I payed its has been weeks they have not responded
