Avoid ordering Rolex watches from this company

After buying three Rolex watches over the years from the Wilmslow branch I ordered the new model Rolex Daytona on the 16th March 2016 and have a email confirmation of this.

On the 30th March 2018 I went into the shop at Wilmslow and was told that I’m 6th on the list, over three and a half years later in October 2021 I phoned up and also went into the shop to see what was happening to be told that the list had been scrapped because it was a fairer way I honestly couldn’t believe my ears as to what I was being told, when I asked what the new fair way was she couldn’t or wouldn’t answer the question I told her in no uncertain terms how completely let down I felt and that I wouldn’t expect that from a back street dealer, I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was in a meeting I asked could give me a call once out of the meeting she said yes I’ll get him to call you but he’ll just tell you the same thing, I’m still waiting for that call.

Im absolutely disgusted at they way I’ve been treated.

On a footnote to this just a couple off shops down the road is a secondhand top end watch dealer they have at time off writing 6 of these watches for sale and another 193 mens Rolex watches for sale, funny old world isn’t it !!

Paid for a service that seemingly doesn’t exist

The drivers were polite respectful and on time
The problem was they didn't unpack the new fridge and take the rubbish away which was a service I'd expressly paid for, they said due to corona virus they don't do that, Well that's fine and dandy that they don't do that but WHY is it saying on the website and also on the booking confirmation that they DO unpack and take the packaging away !!
Also if that's the case and the drivers are being told not to take the rubbish away, then why are you still saying on the website that you do and more importantly why are you still charging for this service !!!
And please don’t even mention trying to get through to customer service to sort this out, all roads lead nowhere with that one, I spent an hour brushing my hair up of the floor after trying to get through to them having pulled it all out, I was 18 years old when I started trying to get someone in customer service I was drawing pension by the end and still couldn’t get hold of anyone
As for the can’t take it because of the old COVID chestnut, well reality check it’s nothing new now, just work round it like everyone else does.
Please refund my charges that I paid for this seemingly none existence service

Just bought a D850 with lens and XQD…

Just bought a D850 with lens and XQD card from Panamoz great experience from start to finish,
The good experience started with Tina who answered all my questions quickly and promptly and professionally great job big well done to Tina, a credit to herself and a very good asset to the company, the whole process was painless the product was great at a good price and delivered ahead off time all in all great experience very well done 👍🏻 Regards Steve

Beyond bad at communicating, app a five year old child could to better

Been with you now for 4 months still waiting for a meter reading still waiting for the promised engineer to come out he just never turned up no email or phone call to explain, still waiting for a smart meter, still waiting for a accurate bill not a estimate, the ONLY THING YOUR REALLY GOOD AT IS TAKING MONEY REGULARLY 😡
