Paid for a service that seemingly doesn’t exist
The drivers were polite respectful and on time
The problem was they didn't unpack the new fridge and take the rubbish away which was a service I'd expressly paid for, they said due to corona virus they don't do that, Well that's fine and dandy that they don't do that but WHY is it saying on the website and also on the booking confirmation that they DO unpack and take the packaging away !!
Also if that's the case and the drivers are being told not to take the rubbish away, then why are you still saying on the website that you do and more importantly why are you still charging for this service !!!
And please don’t even mention trying to get through to customer service to sort this out, all roads lead nowhere with that one, I spent an hour brushing my hair up of the floor after trying to get through to them having pulled it all out, I was 18 years old when I started trying to get someone in customer service I was drawing pension by the end and still couldn’t get hold of anyone
As for the can’t take it because of the old COVID chestnut, well reality check it’s nothing new now, just work round it like everyone else does.
Please refund my charges that I paid for this seemingly none existence service
