I had a small hiccup with my order with…

I had a small hiccup with my order with WMS. It was lost in the system, showing as having been dispatched, but DHL having no trace of it. I both sent emails and phoned WMS. When Louise and Rhian got onto the case, my order was promptly delivered within 24 hours. These 2 great ladies came to my rescue. They apologised for the delay and even sent me a box of goodies as an apology and for good will too. Fantastic service from Louise and Rhian. Will definitely use WMS again.

Bye bye money!!! No goods

I placed an order this Tuesday, although no notification re order was received I got my blades on Saturday morning. Their I T was playing up, however all fixed now. Back to normal service

We have since spoken with this customer and have resolved the situation with them, they will be revising this review accordingly. There had been a problem with our automated email system regarding an order confirmation being sent across to the customer straight away. Their order confirmation and their physical order has now reached them.

Had a great time with Cosmos and sounds…

Had a great time with Cosmos and sounds of the South tour. The only hotel which wasn't great was the Wyndham in New Orleans, the others were all perfect. Tour Director Brenda and our driver Royce were great hosts. Brenda was extremely knowledgeable and shared her knowledge with us and in a perfect way. We were never rushed but again never had too long at each experience, timing was perfect.

Buy back rate.

I had some, Australian Dollars that I couldn't use. The Post Office, travel agents locally were offering me really bad deals. I bought them from Currency online and tried their rate. It was like night and day, an excellent buy back deal and miney very quickly paid into my bank account. 10/10

Good reliable company.

I have been with Rail Discoveries before and have had excellent service from them both before travelling and also whilst on a trip. Very easy to navigate their website, book holidays, pay balance etc. Before booking I checked what would happen if Scottish covid restrictions meant I could not travel.

Very easy to change over to

Very easy to change over to. Once my first payment was made I wanted to change the direct bedit date. Done an online chat, no mass Q to wait in on a Saturday morning and Sam sorted it out for me.
