After 2 months of trying to get my money back from these cowboys they have now sent me a email saying that i will not be getting a refund because they have been appointed as a supplier of last resort! this means Ofgem has chosen them as a replacement supplier for any energy supplier that has gone bankrupt! i don't believe that for one minute! avoid like the plague.

despite my being sent a £10 voucher to…

despite my being sent a £10 voucher to use I have attempted to place a one off delivery numerous times. I keep getting the error messages that there was a error. please check your card details and try again. I have used the same card to pay a bill today so i know it works. i was supposed to receive a call to make the payment over the phone but nothing so far! far too much trouble for what it's worth. i have got to spend over ten pounds to use the voucher too. i believe that there is a fault with the website.

avoid this company at all cost

avoid this company at all cost! ordered 1pint of milk to be delivered 3 times a week. After just a month, no milk was delivered. contacted them and they said that it was logged in as delivered. After a lot of emails i got a refund. but same thing happened for the next 2 weeks. was finally told there was a problem with staff shortage and not enough delivery drivers. had to cancel. gone with another company called modem milk, so far so good.

i sent them all the correct incapacity to work forms.i had to pay my doctor £16.50 too.now been 3 weeks and everytime i contact them they say they have not got the doctors form.i am literally pulling my hair out.meant to receive a phone call from there manager,but never happens.avoid at all cost
