despite my being sent a £10 voucher to…

despite my being sent a £10 voucher to use I have attempted to place a one off delivery numerous times. I keep getting the error messages that there was a error. please check your card details and try again. I have used the same card to pay a bill today so i know it works. i was supposed to receive a call to make the payment over the phone but nothing so far! far too much trouble for what it's worth. i have got to spend over ten pounds to use the voucher too. i believe that there is a fault with the website.
