From the first point of contact the service has been exceptional, sensitive and incredibly helpful. The team make what is a very sad and emotional time as positive as they can. The team in Tilehurst were amazing. They took the greatest of care over the two most special people in my life - my parents. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

Cust Svc on app/chat/email very poor

It is hard to raise a query on your app so when a delivery goes wrong the user is stuck. If you try to use the chat function it is so limited that it is frankly no use. When you get an email from Evri Support they feel automated as they never answer your query. So all in all, if you have an issue then customer service is extremely poor. Evri - you need to do better. It is not difficult
