Not free at all

Not free at all. Money taken from card so immediately contacted to cancel. Was emailed back with reasons to stay, I said no thank you please cancel, then I missed a further email with more reasons to stay but if not interested how to cancel. Obviously thought this had already been actioned on my first and second request but no, the money went out again. Asked for refund and refused.
Free?!? Thanks a lot.
