Very Pleased

Shipping was somewhat slow, but I am very pleased with the quality of the item. Also, the sizing of Chinese made clothes for the American market has always been an issue. I am a 3x and, typically, I usually have to order a 5x/6x just to have them fit, but I ordered a 3x from them and I could've actually ordered a 2x and been good. I'd rather have a larger size and take it in if I have to than have it be too small and just have to give it away because returns are always so difficult. I will, happily, order from them again.

I Don't Think a Chinese "Medical" Business Located in a Strip Mall is Who You Want to Buy Clothes From

I almost bought from this company, but had put it off long enough to find out I had been scammed by other fraudulent Chinese scam companies. Luckily for me, I was able to check Trustpilot to read the reviews.
What I'm mostly writing about here is that they list their business address as being in San Jose, CA. I used to live in San Jose and am familiar with the area and the address just didn't sound right to me, so I looked it up on Google maps. It came back to a Chinese strip mall business offering medical cures which, as far as I'm concerned, is a snake oil scam, for a whole gambit of illnesses by using a light source. I don't think that sitting under some sort of light source is going to cure, for instance, menopause, tennis elbow, sciatica, strokes, infertility, or weight management.
I'm sure this clothing website is just as big a scam as their snake oil light business.

A Fairly Decent Site If You Can Stay Out Of The Gambling Mindset.

I had avoided Temu for a long, long time suspecting that it was just a big Chinese scam, partially because you are not allowed to look at any of the items until you download their app.
Finally I relented and downloaded the app, mostly just to look at what they had. I was bombarded by tons of deals and if you buy this much, you get these things free, and when you do that, you get another offer to buy even more to get more of a discount. I stopped ordering with the first order because, as another reviewer said, it's like a gambling site and I'm sure it's sucked in a lot of people to that revolving door. I, also, had to disable and block their emails as they are relentless in hounding you to buy more.
That said; however, the items I received were as pictured, albeit, also as expected, not of the best quality of fabric, fit as the size guide stated they would, plus I received three free items for ordering.
So, if you can stay out of the frenzied gambling mindset and order responsibly and know when to quit, I think you should have a decent experience.

SCAM SITE! Just stay away.

Many, many years ago, I ordered a contemporary style chandelier for our dining room. When it finally got here, I was pleased with the item, but it took two months to arrive. Apparently, it, literally, came over on the proverbial "slow boat from china."
Very recently; however, I ordered pants from them. I ordered per their size guide, but when I received it, it was so small I couldn't even get it partially on.
When I emailed for return instructions, they responded that I would need to take a picture with me wearing it to prove it was too small and that I would also need to provide pictures showing me measuring the item to prove it was not the measurements they claimed it was supposed to be.
Then, if they accepted that, I would still be responsible for paying the exorbitant shipping cost back to China, or I could be done with it and receive a 10% refund.
I responded that they're criminals and scammers and that I would rather give these brand new items to Goodwill than deal with them further.
What's worse, is that I ordered from three different sites all at the same time with all the same problems and scams. I have a very serious suspicion that all of these sites are the same company just using different names.
Bottom line, just stay away from all of these little sites that deal with stuff from China.
I hope my bad experience helps someone else.

BIG TIME SCAM! Stay away!

I ordered a "lace embroidered" top. What I received was an extremely poor printed version of the embroidered lace top. When I double checked the item description, I did notice at the bottom, in smaller print, that it said, "printed." Like another reviewer said, who notices that? The return policy is impossible. They don't respond to emails and when they do, it's nothing more than a standard, rote reply that doesn't even address your issue, and if you notice, even on this site, their numerous "apologies" are just a standard, rote reply that directs you to, once again, contact some email address that is going to do nothing more than give you the same run around as before.
It was a hard lesson learned, but hopefully, my negative experience will save someone else from same horrible experience.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE with all the other reviews

As with all the other reviews, this place is a scam. I'd give a 0 star if that were an option.
I purchased three blouses.
*One blouse received was not even the one I ordered.
*One of the blouses was pictured as red and black. When received, it was salmon and gray.
*The blouses I bought were supposed to be a linen/cotton blend, but they're all just cheap polyester.
*Sizes are all over the place. One item was gigantic, one was too small and I didn't bother trying on the one blouse I didn't even order.
*Shipping took forever!
*I have sent 4 requests, so far, to customer service requesting a return form and they can't even be bothered to respond at all.
*I'm pretty sure I'll just end up donating all of these to Goodwill because they'll never send a return form.
Hard lesson learned.

Poor Business Ethics

I only gave one star so I could leave a review. They don't even deserve that. The plants they sent are large and beautiful and I was pleased with that, but they sent one plant that was not what I ordered. I sent 5 emails trying to get the problem rectified. No response. I finally decided to send the plant back, shipping at my expense, asking for a refund. More than a month later, I still have not received a refund. I've left 3 voicemail messages requesting a return call to clear up this mess and I have not heard from them at all. In the meantime, two of their plants have died and one more is on its way (I ordered 8 total). I am beyond frustrated with these people. They're quick to take your money, but when it comes to returning some of it, they're nowhere to be found.

I would definitely order from them again

They shipped my plants exactly when I asked them to. Also, I was a bit concerned that, by the size of the pot the plants were in, they'd be small and scrawny, but I was more than pleasantly pleased to see how big they were. I was also pleased with how they packaged the plants. Very smart!
