Non existent after sales service

Couldn’t do enough for us whilst buying our new Motorhome. When we picked it up we were told to make a snagging list which we did. We didn’t have a lot of issues but Unfortunately we have only had one of the problems sorted and now they won’t even return our calls. We have found this company extremely unprofessional. If we had read the reviews we would have bought from another supplier

Placed an order on 31st march

Placed an order on 31st march, it should have arrived on 6th April it's now the 14th April sent 3 emails. They say to click on the link to your account which provides no answers at all. This is the first and last order I will be placing with wowcher. Just glad I didn't buy the rattan furniture

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your order.
You will not be aware, but you have a case ID on email, and every time you open a new query regarding the same issue, you will create another case which makes the progress harder to track and you stand to duplicate actions already taken and possibly delay your resolution.
