Poor customer service and wrong size cage

It suggests in the website that you need to select next day delivery which you won’t be charged for, which I was. The cage was the wrong size and most of the sides have dents in.
When I asked if it could be changed for the correct size I revived a very short email with no introduction or name on it asking if I would accept the wrong size as they were very busy.
After 2 days I replied that I would and received no acknowledgment.
I know this it tough times for everyone but this is still poor customer service.
I would suggest shop elsewhere.

This is what is on their website:

This was the email I received note no mention of an Exchange
”Hi please bare with us in these hard times we are very very busy please can you accept the order this would really help us right now
BlueWhaleSales”

The reply on here show sadly a lack of customer focus or sympathy. Yes the cage we have is larger and more expensive than the one we ordered but after carefully reading the website we selected the one we wanted.

Nowhere on our website does it tell you that next day delivery option is free. We are just advising during these times to choose the faster option so it gets there sooner than the standard service. PLEASE READ. We noticed you got the extra large dog cage instead of the large dog cage which was a more expensive item. We offered you to keep the more expensive item or to exchange this for you. Please read the website more clearly next time you order and when reading emails.

Please be more careful when ordering in the future, you can always call us to place an order if you are not good on the internet.
