The service is expensive relative to what it actually costs to provide -
and most broadband providers get away with charging very similar amounts because it convinces customers that there is very little financial benefit in changing providers.

Dreadful service. Tracking info said that driver left a card to say he couldn't leave package as it was an insecure/communal address, (despite clear instructions to leave package in enclosed front porch) but guess what - no card. This is a classic excuse from a driver who doesn't want to go out of his/her way. Every time I'm supposed to get a parcel via DX they fail to deliver on time. They're great with their e mails - just rubbish with the bit that really matters. Do not use!!

Good service from Merchant Depot but they are reliant on their suppliers who weren't really that great in the support and service that they gave to Merchant Depot in fulfilling our considerable (£8k plus) order.

Having spent a lot of money on top of the range le Chameau Wellington boots I didn't think it was being unreasonable to expect them to be waterproof! A leak in one boot can be understood - these things happen - but both boots is ridiculous. Having mentioned this to other people they've had similar experiences. I'd only worn them about 4 times - and just on the beach where we live - so no thorns or anything that could have punctured them. I've rinsed them and sprayed them with the proper treatment solution religiously as per the instructions but it's the seams that are leaking. Others have told me that there is no point complaining to Le Chameau - they're just not interested.
So, if you're only ever going to wear these boots in the bedroom (why?!!), or shopping in Chelsea when there's the odd spot of rain then they're fine, but I'll never buy Le Chameau again. I buy proper boots.
