I booked an airport taxi 2 weeks before I needed it. I confirmed it the day before but it never turned up. I spoke to them on the phone but apparently there was no driver in the area. I will not be using them again.
The lady I spoke to was polite and helpful. She resolved my issue on less than 5 minutes. I have used Spare room many times over the last few years and they are a great website for quickly letting rooms. Highly recommend.
Great paint. I used it to cover some old bathroom tiles and it worked a treat leaving a shiny surface. It was delivered very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company

Lovely carpet at a great price. Fitted quickly and efficiently by 2 friendly guys. This is a great shop. I would definitely use them again next time I need a carpet. Highly recommended.

I was in my house and could see the driver on my ring camera. He never attempted to ring the doorbell, just dropped the parcel behind the bin. Parcel was fine and delivered on time

I have used this company many times and their products and delivery service are excellent. The garments are good quality and well sized. There is plenty of choice and they dispatch and deliver quickly. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely continue to use them
I changed from Tesco mobile to Smarty in order to save money. Changing and keeping my number was really easy. Am really pleased with the amount of money I'm saving. Love the dashboard, it's easy to understand. When I needed to contact Smarty to deactivate my voicemail the live chat was fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend Smarty as a service provider

I purchased a bundle online from Lycamobile on 16/12/22and ordered a Sim card at the same time. They charged me twice for the Sim card and when it eventually arrived the packaging was ripped and in a terrible state. I tried to change over from my current provider to Lycamobile at the beginning of January. Impossible. i ended up putting more credit on my phone as the bundle simply would not work. I spoke to customer services several times over the last 2 weeks and whilst the reps are very friendly they are not very tech savvy. i was even cut off once by Charlie. All the people I spoke to kept assuring me that they would escalate my complaint and I would get a response in 24-48 hours. Never happened. i eventually found someone who told me that the Sim card and PIN number I had been sent did not match up and they would escalate it to a different dept. Never happened. Very poor quality of customer service. I have now moved provider again and it was easy. I am waiting for a refund from Lycamobile. Let's see...

I purchased 3 fans on next day click and collect last Monday. No email or text was sent saying that they were ready for collection so I called into my local branch yesterday{Weds} and the items were still not available. Today is Thursday. Still no commuication from Toolstation so I called into the branch where they gave me 3 fans in boxes so scruffy that they could have come from a carboot. Poor service. Terrible condition of items. Won't use click and collect there again

My friend tried to order an umbrella from Coopers but was unable to negotiate the website. He could not use the drop down box for date of birth at all. It simply would not work. He then asked me to order on his behalf. I also found the website difficult to use and it would not let me enter his code for free delivery so he ended up spending an extra £4.99 for postage. I don't think the website is aimed at the older, less computer savvy generation. When the item was dispatched i received an email informing me of this, but no tracking info. The parcel was just left in a front garden where it could have been easily stolen. All in all not a great experience. The item itself however was fine

I contacted ATG earlier today as I was due to take my 2 granddaughters to see We Wil Rock You on Saturday. Unfortunately I have tested positive for COVID this morning and feel too unwell to travel. My grandchildren live 100 miles away and are unable to visit the theatre without me. The customer services refused to give me a credit note for a future performance, and whilst I understand that govt guidelines allow people with COVID into theatres, I expected a better response. I have used ATG on several occasions in the past but will definitely not use them again.

My friend sent me a bouquet on Friday. The bouquet was dry, the lily was already shedding it's petals and the roses have simply turned brown and never opened. I was disappointed because my friend hasn't got loads of money and I'm sure these flowers were not cheap. Poor value.
Contacted me within a couple of hours of my inquiry. Arranged for engineer to call first thing next day which he did. Fitted new aerial at a good price and very quickly whilst remembering to keep his distance. Five star service and courteous staff. Highly recommended.
