Difficulties with ordering on website
My friend tried to order an umbrella from Coopers but was unable to negotiate the website. He could not use the drop down box for date of birth at all. It simply would not work. He then asked me to order on his behalf. I also found the website difficult to use and it would not let me enter his code for free delivery so he ended up spending an extra £4.99 for postage. I don't think the website is aimed at the older, less computer savvy generation. When the item was dispatched i received an email informing me of this, but no tracking info. The parcel was just left in a front garden where it could have been easily stolen. All in all not a great experience. The item itself however was fine
