Ordered a Drone. Took ages to arrive and was the wrong one, cheap junk! The gift, supposedly worth £30 was a bunch of 'self-help' ebooks worth about £3 at best! They said, and I quote, we have no control over want the Chinese factory sends customers?! FALSE ADVERTISING. Still waiting for my refund. This is illegal and shop be shutdown.
They send out 'assumed usage' bills even with smart meters and then when you show that they are wrong, they still continue to harass?! More galling, is the owner of Octopus is often on the radio, saying how different his company is?? Just as greedy as all the rest, with rubbish contact support and rubbish customer service!

Avoid. A truely disgusting company that lies through there teeth, then once they have your money, ignor you. They should be prosecuted and shut down. French 'arrogance' teamed with Spanish 'couldn't care less' customer service!
Regretfully, I used Millers Countrywide in Plymouth. Both their Lettings and Sales were useless. Never answering questions, constant changes of who to contact. So many names, who never talk to each other, so I ended up endlessly asking the same question over and over. They ignore and charge for items I never agreed to etc. Avoid!
A completely dishonest company driven by greed, and allowed to by the government. They would rate a 5/5 for pollution, giving 3rd world countries a run for their money! They have no problem telling lies to their customers (3 of them told me the same lie before a manager realised it would reduce their profit in the short term.) Why do their staff even work for them? Don't they care that overseas owners interests are polluting and profiting? Disgusting,
They took my money and did not deliver. They are scaming people, stealing their money and getting away with it, because they know they can. No way of getting a just outcome. A truly disgusting company, making millions on stuff you never receive.
Ikea Spain are actually committing fraud by taking payment for goods, not delivering them and then refusing to do anything about it, hoping you'll buy the same items from them twice. This is illegal conduct and they should be prosecuted. Truely, criminal behavior, driven by their greed.
Goldcar are running a scam. They are comitting fraud by renting cars with scratches on them but not logged, then charging customers when they return the car for damage that has been there for a longtime. We got charged 100 Euros for an old scratch on a cheap plastic hubcap that we did not cause (never came near a curb). I guess that scratch alone has been charged to dozens of previous renters of that car and made them a lot of fraudulent money. Truly a disgusting company. Do not use them.
I don't have a printer, so I get to the end only to find that out? I thought the Post Office would print the label??

Bumble refused tp delete my data, even after I had cancelled my subscription early due to my experience on their App being a complete waste of time and money. I asked in writing 3 times and they still refused unless I sent them even more data, like my Drivers License! I am convinced they do this so they can keep the profiles of people who have quit, up on thier App and sell the data to 3rd parties. My email scam volumn went up dramatically after I complained and quit Bumble. Truly disgusting company.

Bumble is a complete waste of time and money. A Scam really, as it is designed NOT to match people, rather keep them looking and paying! It is a money making App first and foremost. Save your money, time and emotions! I regret paying for 3 months.

Ordered a shed via Elbec 7 weeks ago only to get an email yesterday saying it would be delayed again for 3 more weeks. They clearly don't have the capacity to fulfil orders but their greed won't stop them taking them and then just fobbing customers off. Truly terrible customer service or business model. I would not use them ever again and have cancelled my order at a loss of time and money to me,

So sorry to see that your order didn't meet our usual high standards. Although we do strive to provide the best customer service that we can, it has been an extremely challenging time for us due to an overwhelming amount of orders during the global pandemic.
We continue to work to the best of our abilities and we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you during this difficult time.
Paid for a shed 7 weeks ago only to get an email yesterday saying it would be another 5 weeks. No reason why and no contact details so I expect a lot of disgruntled customers are getting these. Their greed does not allow them to say no to orders so they just hope the problems will go away or back on their supplier. Truely bad customer service. I would not recommend them at all.

At the time of your order we had no reason to believe there would be an issue and was taken in good faith. We suspended the entire range to enable us to service those customers that were already in the system such as yours, and our website won't accept orders from this range until all our back order have been satisfied.
