I receive my repeat prescription in good time,
I have found that occasionally a tablet may sometimes be in the tea time pouch, and next prescription be in the bedtime pouch.
However providing I receive all my medication, I am happy.

Yesterday when i phoned British gas it took an hour to answer and furthermore nobody could attend until this afternoon.so we were without a boiler for over 28 hours
I therefore gave them suitable marks however when the engineer arrived he was very friendly and professional and due to his demeanour I gave much better marks today.

I have homecare 4 policy my boiler has broken down, I am registered disabled although I have a log burner to assist with heating I have no hot water.it took 1 hour for the phone to be answered and nobody can attend until tomorrow between 0800 and 1600 to fix it. When you look at the amount it costs to have homeserve 4 cover I am not impressed.

We purchased a auto fold disability scooter at CarCo Holbeck Leeds.
The Greeting we received and service was second to none, the lady named Jill who showed us various scooters was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which was of immense help and the member of staff who ordered our scooter and took payment by the name of Gindna Sowarn was again very pleasant and helpful going through all services ie insurances and warranties in detail and made the whole process assist us in making an informed decision.
Overall our experience was Excellent.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff in that store for being so pleasant.
