Please use a different delivery company, Yodel are totally incompetent. They are unable to do a satisfactory job. I will not be buying any merchandise from companys who use Yodel and will definitely not be recommending them to family/friends.

I notified the driver that I was going out. The driver (Mahmood) still tried to deliver it and didn't leave a card.
He said it would be delivered the next day. There was no choice of delivery place for me to choose, not even a neighbour.
When he delivered my parcel, the next day and was asked about the card he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't have time to leave one.
I was very disappointed with Yodel.
