Time will tell

You don't really know an insurance company until you need to use it, so it is difficult to rate or comment because I believe that is the real test. However, we have had no issues with our policies and no new year price hike, so far so good I think. And the extras like access to first vet, emailed resources and the free gifts or samples from time to time are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Declining

I have been a shopper at hush for many many years, and used to shop exclusively at Hush. However, things have been declining over the last couple of years, and they are nowhere near as good as they used to be. They previously removed excessive plastic packaging, which seems to have returned, and they now employ Evri who are an awful courier where I have personally experienced theft of parcels due to their irresponsible delivery practices. Furthermore, returns are no longer free, and the fashion range seems less attractive to me now. This is reflected in the fact that this past year I have purchased far fewer items from Hush than previously. I really do hope they can turn things around.

Nice but overly priced

Lovely body products that I feel are overly priced, but are a nice treat to purchase when on sale. However the delivery fees are far too high. I am unlikely to regularly purchase.

Convenient nice tasting products

First time trying Nutriseed. Online ordering was straight forward, and lots of support provided via email. The products store well in the freezer, and are very edible. I only wish that for my first order I was allowed to select a greater variety of juices and soups for a 4 week order. I was only able to choose 5, which has meant that I'm having the same things twice a week for four weeks which is already getting boring.

Loved by Luna and Good customer service response to Human Error

My pup has loved everything she has tried so far! The only issue is that I originally ordered a puppy bundle and hadn’t realised that the wet food received was for 1yr+ because the packaging was identical except for one sticker with tiny print on it. I can see how easily their staff or warehouse could have made this error since I missed it too. It was only when I came to reorder the wet food for Luna that I realised she had been consuming the wrong product and I was so worried that this may have affected her development. I immediately reported this to customer services and they were extremely apologetic for their error. They immediately dispatched the correct item which was delivered the next day and took steps to find out, confirm and reassure me that this wouldn’t have adversely Luna’s development. However, I still hope they will take this error and feedback seriously and consider redesigning their packaging and ensuring packaging between products is much more distinguishable, to prevent this type of error being missed again in the future.

Immoral in Actions

An immoral company who enjoy profiting off the misfortune of others. On the rare occasion that you miss your collection window due to circumstances outside of your control, including not being able to phone the business directly to make alternative arrangements, you are not allowed to be refunded. Having spoken directly to the business as well, they confirmed that they also don't get the payment if you are unable to collect, and that they expect you to receive a refund. However this is not what happens, and in reality TooGoodToGo is profiting. Nevermind loyalty either. Whilst I am a big supporter of wanting to reduce wastage and to take better care of our home/environment, I can no longer in good conscience continue to associate with a company that places profit over people and planet.

EDIT 14/01/2024: While I appreciate your response to my review, thank you. Your invite is pointless as I already contacted you through the app last week to share my experience and my concern which was quickly brushed aside, reflecting poor values. It is really not pleasant having to share my negative experiences, and is something I prefer to avoid. Plus honest mistakes can and do happen, and I can forgive that. Thus, I always give companies an opportunity to address the issue first before ever writing a review. I have utmost respect for companies that strive to learn and improve from our experiences. It is disheartening that this opportunity was not taken up by your agents. Hence the reason for sharing this review still stands.

Disappointing customer service

Easy online ordering and swift delivery. Most importantly, my pooch seems to enjoy what she has tasted so far. The only issue I am experiencing is poor customer service. One packet of treats arrived open and leaked, which I don't feel comfortable to give to my pooch. I first reported this immediately post-delivery on 6th December, and despite a follow-up email as well, I still have not received a response which is most disappointing.

Cheap product but not price

Easy online ordering and smooth collection from Argos. Unfortunately, upon opening we noticed the storage unit purchased had some damage. We assembled it anyway because we desperately need the storage, and didn't want the faff of repacking and reordering. We have been able to position it in such a way that means the aesthetic damage is not obviously visible. Still, this is disappointing given the mid-price point paid. The item also feels very cheap, so it is not surprising if it was damaged either in packing or transit, and clearly quality control is poor. For simple storage it will do us for now.

Edit: While I appreciate the gesture of a response, I am disappointed that a partial refund was not offered for this damaged item.

Amazing Products, Great Customer Service, Poor Choice of Courier

ESPA products are amazing, I hope to be able to try more of them. And ESPA provide good quality customer-focussed service too. The only problem is their choice of courier, Evri, who consistently provide abysmal service. Although I was at home all day, the driver abandoned my ESPA parcel in an unsafe location that is prone to thefts and even has large signage instructing them not to do this, without even bothering to come to my door. This has significantly soured my experience. On this occasion I was lucky to rescue it almost an hour later by the time I realised what had happened. ESPA orders are not cheap. I will be unlikely to place future orders if safe delivery cannot be trusted or relied upon. Either ensure Evri raise their standards or please utilise another delivery company. There are much better ones around.

Zero Stars

The one thing Evri is consistent at is poor delivery performance. As usual they abandoned my parcel in an unsafe and unsecured location. I have been the victim of parcel thefts several times now due this repeated behaviour by Evri drivers. According to their website, there should be 3 attempts at redelivery if there is no safe location stipulated. However they never fulfil this obligation.
