This Christmas bauble with 3 family characters was a gift to my daughter.
Her response on opening it was "OMG IT'S THE BEST THING I'VE EVER SEEN!!!"
I think she liked it.

The order arrived quickly.
Started on the daily dose of the rather large capsules, that don't taste very nice, but carried on for a couple of weeks.
Have had no noticeable benefit to my joints so far, but do seem to be getting an uncomfortable bloated feeling in my stomach, so i paused taking the capsules, and the stomach pains have ceased, so I am stopping taking the Turmeric for now.

The kettle I wanted was a good price, but I made a mistake in ordering the wrong colour, late at night. I rang the next morning, to change it, but the order was already on its way. Tbh, I'd opted for free delivery, so hadn't expected it to be processed so quickly.
I spoke to someone who said they would recall the delivery and get it changed, and they would call me back to confirm. This didn't happen, but I got updates from DPD to expect delivery later that day. It didn't arrive, and only found out via DPD app that it had been recalled back to ao. No emails from ao, so rang the following morning and it was confirmed that DPD were returning the kettle. I again explained my request to change the colour, which was then confirmed by email from ao. Eventually got updated tracking from DPD, but it was obviously confused by the fact that both deliveries had the same order number!
Kettle arrived later that day, in correct colour, but a rather oversized box.
I'm sure the service by ao would have been great and very speedy, if I hadn't changed my mind, but it did take 2 phone calls to sort it out.

I love the products, and they arrived quickly. However, I did have a problem when logging in initially, as it was a gifted membership, and it suddenly showed up as cancelled, then there was a confusion with the 20% off, as that was a trial offer for non-members! Eventually sorted with help from the team, but not the best start.

I got to the point where I wasn't sure if I had actually done the signing, and only knew that I had, when I got a confirmation email. - so not really very clear on the instructions and logging in process!

I have just bought the Duck Feather & Down 9tog Duvet, along with a Mattress cover, The order arrived very quickly and after just a week's use, I can say I really wish I had got one of these Duvets ages ago. It's so cosy and snuggly, not too lightweight, and doesn't end up all on one side of the bed in the morning!

Very good at answering the phone quickly, and replying to emails. Generally very helpful and a competitive price.

Although I didn't buy in the end, the original delivery was very quick, and then made an exchange, which didn't suit either. The customer service is excellent, and will definitely buy from them again.

I bought a pair of "Medium/Firm, Soft As Down Microfibre With Silk" pillowcases, along with some pillow protectors. They seem quite expensive, when you've only ever bought bog-standard pillows before, but I was fed-up with having lumpy and hot pillows, and when you think you're spending a third of your life in bed, then it's really worth it to find something that helps with a good night's sleep.
They are wonderfully comfortable, supportive, and stay cool, and I wish I'd got some ages ago!

Usually a good service but was told to expect delivery on a certain day, there was no tracking available so couldn't see when to expect it, then given the following day delivery, which was also delayed, but by an hour or so
