Great kettle, but try to avoid altering an order
The kettle I wanted was a good price, but I made a mistake in ordering the wrong colour, late at night. I rang the next morning, to change it, but the order was already on its way. Tbh, I'd opted for free delivery, so hadn't expected it to be processed so quickly.
I spoke to someone who said they would recall the delivery and get it changed, and they would call me back to confirm. This didn't happen, but I got updates from DPD to expect delivery later that day. It didn't arrive, and only found out via DPD app that it had been recalled back to ao. No emails from ao, so rang the following morning and it was confirmed that DPD were returning the kettle. I again explained my request to change the colour, which was then confirmed by email from ao. Eventually got updated tracking from DPD, but it was obviously confused by the fact that both deliveries had the same order number!
Kettle arrived later that day, in correct colour, but a rather oversized box.
I'm sure the service by ao would have been great and very speedy, if I hadn't changed my mind, but it did take 2 phone calls to sort it out.
Very pleased with the kettle.
