Possible side-effects and no noticeable relief for joint pain
The order arrived quickly.
Started on the daily dose of the rather large capsules, that don't taste very nice, but carried on for a couple of weeks.
Have had no noticeable benefit to my joints so far, but do seem to be getting an uncomfortable bloated feeling in my stomach, so i paused taking the capsules, and the stomach pains have ceased, so I am stopping taking the Turmeric for now.
