Been shopping with asda for many years…
Been shopping with asda for many years and my family do. But yesterday i was expecting a delivery between 3-4 pm and was driving 2 minutes from home when i got a phone call. I couldnt answer as i was driving. I phoned back after getting home but no reply. Then i received a text to say my order had been cancelled and it was only 3.18 pm. I phoned the number 3 times and no answer so i phoned customer service to complain and and ask for it to be delivered but they refused. I phoned 3 times and they still refused and i called the manager at the store and he said no even though it was cancelled in my slotted time. I had a party booked and ordered wine but they did not care. So i spend £5,000 a year with asda home delivery and my family do too. But now we will go elsewhere. Asda should think more about there customers and the drivers and managers should not have that much power
