I’d like to know why I was lied to by your customer services staff, it’s been nearly 8 hours and guess what, still no email confirming my delivery tomorrow, what more can I say, you have lost a customer who got 52 weekly shops delivered a year and had done for years, I don’t expect much but I expected better…..
No phone call to say weekly shop not arriving today, eventually phoned their customer service number and was told this news ( not happy) had to reschedule delivery for tomorrow, no email confirmation came through ( I insisted on this just incase my shopping didn’t appear again tomorrow) after waiting, so phoned again and can’t believe a company the size of Sainsbury’s don’t have a system in place where an email can’t be resent ( if it was sent in the first place) This is the 4th time in the last 5 deliveries where I’ve had to phone customer service number because of short use by dates, wondering where my delivery is or in this case not turning up at all!!!!!!!!!!!’ Absolute joke!!!!!!!!
