Very efficient service. Unfortunately wrong filter size sent with lens purchased. I highlighted this and emphasised frustration as lens and filter purchased for a holiday setting off on within 2 days. Correct filter arrived next day!
Excellent resolution to an easy mistake.
All in all a 5star experience.

Very dissapointed.
I ordered a pair of BLACK Bose quiet comfort ultra Earbuds. I received a pair of BLUE Bose quietcomfort ultra Earbuds.
I immediately contacted A1 by email (26th July) as it was stated phone lines were not working until 28th July.
I have not received a response despite highlighting I needed quick resolution as the Earbuds were for an impending holiday.
Very frustrated but mostly dissapointed with their total lack of interest in communication and resolution.
Poor Customer care. You have been warned....

I need not have been. Sizing is accurate, fit is so good you hardly know your wearing (bibs and tops) and having just completed a 3 day 190 mile 11000ft of climbing tour in comfort, I will be buying more. Quite simply an excellent product worth every penny...
