Easy to order and delivery arrived ahead of time

I ordered the roses as they were coronation roses and looked beautiful. They were bare root and I’m used to buying dry root. They took a very long time to arrive. Their condition was shocking. Dry, shrivelled. New buds had clearly died as so long in transit. I wouldn’t buy from this company again.

So easy to enter and after seeing the amazing houses why wouldn’t you enter.

I bought a reputable cookery magazine and saw an advertisement for Hector Knives with a knife on sale for £69. My son loves cookery and so I bought the knife from them. Despite ordering 2 weeks before it did not arrive on the 29th as indicated. I contacted them on the 30th and have contacted them on a daily basis by phone, by email and the online form. I have had absolutely no contact from them. They are absolutely shocking. I have decided to take them to court and will report them to trading standards. Absolutely disgraceful company. Avoid at all costs.

I have bought a number of items from Nkuku including a metal vase, candlestick holder and some earrings. All arrived promptly, well packaged and are of a really good quality. They have a really different look. I'm really pleased with the products and the service.

Having waited 2 weeks for my goods to be delivered i received a text at 8am this morning saying 2 orders would be delivered today by 6pm. Clearly that has not happened. No text or communication from DX and no one answering the phone. The tracking information has gone from out for delivery to awaiting first delivery. I also note that since I raised my first complaint on trust pilot last week there have been numerous people complaining and yet the overall score remains unchanged which clearly is not true.

I ordered goods 10 days ago. 2 days later I received an email saying one of the items had been refunded because it didn't pass quality but the others would be sent. I called yesterday and sat in a queue for for nearly half an hour. I asked where my order was and was told they couldn't tell me when it was being dispatched but at least another 5 days before being ready for the delivery people, despite paying £36 for delivery and the website clearly saying it was a 5 day delivery window. Despite this I have received ongoing marketing emails. I think if you can't manage your business you should be clear on what delivery times are on the website because they are misrepresenting themselves. I wouldn't ever buy anything from them ever again.

I ordered the large concrete dipped glaze lamp. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. The team were quick in their response and dispatched a replacement. Unfortunately this too arrived even more badly damaged. The support team could not have been more helpful. They dispatched another which arrived the next day with additional packaging. it was perfect and looks absolutely fantastic. I would recommend the lamp which is a real statement piece. I would also say the customer service was excellent.
