I contacted the Customer Services via email as I had not received the tractive I had ordered. I received a reply the following day which was very polite and informative which answered my query. Although I have yet to experience the Tractive itself in use I would highly recommend as I feel any query would be dealt with very efficiently.

Absolutely amazing, Seascanner and Hollydealsatsea, Holly was are first point of contact when booking our cruise, great knowledge in all aspects of cruising, extremely helpful and efficient in getting us an excellent deal and providing a discount code. Holly put us in contact with Erica who has been superb with the telephone booking, very informative with details about the ship and what decks would best suit our party, giving cabin options with best prices. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend

Kept up to date with claim process throughout each step. Trinity dealt with our claim promptly & the claim was resolved in 15 hours

Excellent all round, received text night before with a two hour delivery slot. Received a call from delivery driver saying they were 20 minutes away. Two men delivered the TV, placed it carefully on the floor where I asked them to put it. Very friendly & helpful.
