I use Interflora a lot. It is my go to place for inspiration when acknowledging my national and international friends and families’ special occasions. Only last week had I a dilemma as I had to find something beautiful to send to my sister, who lives in Ireland. within a few hours she had received a beautiful flower arrangement in time for her birthday. Excellent carpet company. From outset, visit was very informative. The rep had many swatches of all different types of stair carpet. I was most interested in acquiring a non wool carpet as I had moths in previous one. Found a lovely alternative of excellent quality. Fitted by two very hard working gentlemen, Ashu and Harmen, who had the upmost respect for my property and listened attentively to my needs. A decline in online ordering system has encouraged me to write this review. Most frustrating as when you order and pay for goods online, you expect the products to be delivered. Instead, I got a text message asking me to reschedule the order as unfortunately they couldn’t deliver on the day chosen. Waste of people’s time not being informed, at the outset, that they don’t have the goods in stock. Total waste of my time.

I ordered 3 items from Debenhams online- I wanted to return all three items. Such a complicated mess in returning items as they are dealt with by having to email different companies (who don’t get back to you) A total shambles - will never buy from Debenhams again

The wooden shutters provided are of excellent quality which have enhanced our property internally and externally. I purchased a rail ticket with TRAINLINE and saw that COMPLETESAVE charged me £15 with a recurring direct debit under the name Webloyalty.com.
I have been reimbursed by COMPLETESAVE now that I have alerted Barclays Bank but when I checked my Bank details, I note that Webloyalty.com now have a recurring add on my account. This is very worrying especially in these days when every pensioner like me is financially trying to survive. BEWARE
