Debenhams online shoppers beware
I ordered 3 items from Debenhams online- I wanted to return all three items. Such a complicated mess in returning items as they are dealt with by having to email different companies (who don’t get back to you) A total shambles - will never buy from Debenhams again

I’m sorry to hear about this, however Debenhams is a marketplace, so if you order from multiple sellers, you need to return using different methods to those sellers.
