NEVER BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN.
Started out with the flights changing and was told it’s nothing to do with on the beach (even though it’s a package holiday). We had asked on the beach to extend the room time as we have young children and now being forced to a night flight we need the room longer, we was told ask the hotel when you get there. The hotel wanted an extra £60!
The hotel was very misleading.
The photos used were from 10years ago and when raising a problem to staff regarding broken pool steps, broken tiles around the pool and no food or tea bags everyday we were ignored. The list is endless with how many problems other holiday makers and ourselves had.
I have got through to the chat service which is also shocking and if put your phone down for 2 minutes to feed the baby your kicked out the chat and made to wait for another hour till someone replies.
Complaints have gone in but yet no reply, what a shock!
When a company like this is already struggling to keep customers happy and also use Wizz air for air lines, are you hoping for the company to fold?
CEO’s, MD’s, DIRECTORS… all need your heads wobbled.
