Intuitive app, easy to use, great customer service

I am using this service every week. Never had a problem. When they started in my area, it took 7 minutes to get my order. Their customer service is great. I had a problem with fruit and they refunded me in 24 hours. Their app is intuitive and easy to use. One thing I am sad about is that i did not received welcome bag with my first order :D haha. Can’t complain - the service is really great.

The worst experience ever!

The worst experience ever!
I applied promo code which was promoted on IG and it showed me discounted price but they charged a full price from my bank account. I contacted their customer service, but they said they can not refund it. So I read their terms and conditions and wanted a return whole order as I can based on their policy 11.1.. They rejected my request even it is against UK consumer law and against their own Terms and Conditions. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The worst experience

The worst experience. They give you a date and time when your parcel will be delivered and you go home from work to pick it up. Nobody came and you can not call to call centre because there is just automatic record. Their robo-chat is useless. This service is very bad. They will deliver your order 5 days later and they don’t even call you or knock the door. They just leave it outside. It is very bad because you don’t even know when to expect the delivery. And this happened 2 times.

They canceled my flight - no money back

They canceled my flight and they didn’t give me my money back. I have got a option to get 20£ ok kiwi.com credits. My flight was much more expensive. It is very poor. I should get my money back. Also, please, don’t pay extra money for kiwi guarantee, read terms and conditions.
