I’m extremely disappointed with…

I’m extremely disappointed with Vinted’s handling of counterfeit products. I was misled into buying a fake Ralph Lauren sweatshirt, which the seller themselves confirmed was not genuine after I found out and left a negative review. Despite paying a protection fee, Vinted has done nothing to resolve the issue. I requested a refund and asked for the case to be escalated, but received only a generic response.

Even more concerning is that the seller is still active on the platform, continuing to sell despite knowingly listing counterfeit items. This makes me question how seriously Vinted takes user safety and product authenticity. I expected better protection and accountability from a platform that charges for buyer protection. Very poor experience overall.

Student-washing

Student-washing. They advertise a 45% student discount on the entire order, but the actual discount is less than 15% when applied. I placed an order over £160 and only received a £20 discount. Not as student-friendly as advertised, therefore 1*.

UPDATE: Support contacted - no resolution.

Consistently Reliable and Exceptional Service!

I’ve been using DPD for my deliveries for a while now, and they have never let me down. Their delivery service is incredibly reliable – whenever I select DPD, I know my order will arrive on time, and often even earlier than expected. The customer service is top-notch as well, always helpful and quick to resolve any questions I have. Without a doubt, DPD provides the best delivery service on the UK market. Highly recommend!

Disappointed with Delays and Lack of Clear Communication

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with Vintage Standards. I placed an order with the expectation of a 3-business-day delivery, as advertised. However, more than a week has passed without any dispatch of the product. Despite my efforts to communicate and seek clarity, the responses were vague and didn’t provide a definitive dispatch date.

This delay has been particularly frustrating as the item was intended as a birthday gift. The lack of timely delivery has not only inconvenienced me but also affected my plans for a special occasion. I understand that delays can happen, especially during busy periods, but I believe timely and clear communication is key, which was lacking in this instance.

I am now in the process of canceling my order and requesting a full refund due to these unforeseen delays. While I appreciate the challenges businesses face during peak times, as a customer, my experience has been disappointing and has significantly inconvenienced me.

The best service for travelers

The best service for travelers! I am London based and when I went to Los Angeles, I purchased eSIM from Holafly. The data coverage was great. I checked some stores with physical SIM cards and it was 5x more expensive. Very easy to set up - just bear in mind you need to be connected to WiFi to set up the eSIM.

One of the perks of FAM membership was…

One of the perks of FAM membership was collecting points for later redemption. However, they canceled this scheme, removing all valuable items, leaving me unable to redeem my accumulated points. It's absurd. I had been collecting points for the rewards they offered, only to find 99% of them removed, with a notice to redeem points within a month. For what? There's nothing of value left. SCAM

30 minutes delay announced 1 minute…

30 minutes delay announced 1 minute before the train departure. I quickly opened the app to cancel it but it took me a minute and you cannot cancel it at the time of the departure already. I contacted the customer service- they don’t speak English so don’t bother- all replies are in Czech and they are very incompetent. I don’t recommend to travel with this company.

Everything is wrong

Just placed and order. Delivery time changed from 20 minutes to 2 hours. I contacted support and they are unable to cancel the order. The order is sushi, which is already prepared, the journey from the restaurant takes 15 minutes. This is unacceptable. Now I have to wait 2 hours for my food. This is a nightmare.

Unbelievable - faking to attempt the delivery

I have received a text message and an email informing that they just tried to deliver my order - they didn’t. I was at home all day as I work from home and they just text me this at 11pm. I didn’t leave my house for even 1 minute yesterday. This is ridiculous. Additionally you are unable to contact the customer service. AVOID

Didn’t get my package even I paid for fast delivery.

I paid for next day delivery and waited whole day for my package. They didn’t bother to inform me that they are not going to deliver it. The update was made after midnight on tracking app, the update informs about delivery in next 5 days. Never ever order from this website.

Customer service is really bad.

I ordered food and coffee. It came on time but the food was covered with a coffee - all over the bag and food. I contacted customer service and they offered me a refund but it didn’t cover the amount I paid. They said they can not refund delivery and service charge. What am I paying for then? I can not eat it. Really dissatisfied. I made around 100 orders and this was my first complaint. You can believe me that I will never ever order anything from JustEat!

ASOS order. Extra charge for next day delivery. Needed some staff before holidays. What I’ve got was 1 of 3 packages. The driver said that there should be second parcel but he did not find it. Confirmed that maybe it is still in the depot. When I contacted ASOS, they confirmed it is in transit. Really bad service. I checked the tracker and it says it is in transit. Avoid this. Do not pay extra money for “NEXT DAY DELIVERY”.

One of the worst delivery services.

I received an email on Saturday in the morning. The email: Your parcel will be delivered today between 8:00 and 20:00. I contacted customer service to ask for a detailed time as I did not want to stay at home all day. Customer service responded: ''Unfortunately, our standard service deliveries are on an all-day basis and are not time-specific. Monday is the estimated delivery date but It can be delivered today(Saturday).'' - What?!? So now I have to stay at home all weekend because this company is not able to tell you the delivery date and time. (Additionally - an email says Saturday and an app says Monday) -_-. One of the worst delivery services.

Ryanair cancelled my 3 booked flights during a covid-19 crisis. I did not get any refund even though I filled out all forms - it is almost 2 years now and I am still waiting for the refund. Customer service is insane, they do not help you with anything.

We booked 5 star hotel

We booked 5 star hotel, but we have got 3 star hotel. Hotel confirmed that it is 3 star hotel, so we contacted customer service and they told us that the star update is not something what they can control. Hotel rooms where completely different than on the picture and when we show the hotel staff pictures of the room we booked, they said these rooms are only for marketing purpose and they are not available. Also, they promoted activities and events at the hotel but there were no events at the time we were there. The worst experience ever. I do not recommend to book holidays via Travel Republic.

The holiday was back in 2019 and a can see that our Customer Relations Team opened an investigation with our supplier and the hotel.

They did come back to with the conclusion of the investigation in 2019.

I am gluten intolerant and I ordered…

I am gluten intolerant and I ordered gluten free burger but I received the regular bun - HB staff confirmed that the bun is GF, but it was the same as my friend has. I spent 2 days in hospital because of the allergic reaction as the bun was not GF. The burger was tasty so I give you 2*, even it almost killed me.
