Reliability issues
I have used Look Again for many, many years and they are usually so reliable. Ordered clothes at the weekend, delivery was meant to be Wednesday (red top for red nose day), which I thought would be perfect. But alas still not arrived, luckily I have another old red top I can use.

Missing Top
I ordered a spotty top for Children in Need. Ordered on Sunday for next day delivery. Next day came and went. Got email saying it would be delivered Tuesday, then one saying it would be with me in the next couple of days. All good, could still be here by the Friday. Unfortunately Friday came and went, still no top. Now I can re-order if I still want it. Not good enough Next!!!

Kitchen overhaul
Needed appliances for a new kitchen. Excellent choice of products which are reasonable priced. Delivered when stated, only downside was that I ordered a washing machine which was in stock. A few days before it was due to be delivered, it mysteriously became out of stock. No-one could really explain where the one I ordered and paid for had gone. Person I spoke to was very helpful and I did get a discount on the new machine. This was delivered when it said it would.

I am so glad you have had a good experience with us regarding your delivery and the communication throughout. We do love our customer’s feedback as it's important to us to improve as much as possible as a business.
In regards to the stock levels, we get our appliances from our suppliers in good faith that they will deliver these before our customers delivery dates, I am ever so sorry that this was not the case on this occasion. We will most definitely keep this in mind for future reference and I have passed this onto our supplier team to make sure we can improve on this. I hope we can add that extra star in the future.

Cooker Hood
Very reasonably priced goods. Easy to use website, delivered when stated. Would have been a 5 if not for the continous phone calls without messages being left. Even when I answered and dealt with the matter I still got phone calls regarding the same.
Shame because everything else was spot on.

Vince and Simon delivered our piece of furniture today. They telephoned to say they were 45 mins away but arrived earlier.... very prompt. They were polite, but one was not wearing a mask (not sure if he had a legitimate reason) but coming into peoples houses thought they should both be wearing them. Overall a very satisfying experience

Colin and Callum
Colin and Callum delivered our new sofa today. They were very polite and courteous. Worked very quickly putting it together, didn't grumble about the tight alleyway and corner they had to turn to get to the conservatory. Removed all packaging. Excellent service.
