Impossible to exchange without it costing a bundle to return to China and discount to keep the item u can’t wear and when I now again ( stupidly) tried to buy another item it only allows me to enter my address 2x I had to enter it and never got to the payment screen. Rediculous!!!!

Called Hi-Tech and asked if they can replace an under mount sink. They said Yes.. had Tech come who said they can replace pipes but to call Entrusted to replace sink. Entrusted says job was too small to call their handyman Danny at 561-2-5-4321. I called left 3 vm’s no return call. I would definitely not suggest dealing with HiTech bc if they give this type of service to new customers to gain their business how would you expect them to handle you if you are a customer?

I bought a pants suit.. very nice material but it doesn’t look good on me so I contacted their Service Dept and I’m not getting any help in getting the item returned after 5 emails .. I would not recommend dealing with this company based on their lack of service and help getting items returned

So I ordered a 75th birthday blanket gift for my sister in law and asked this company if they could include a birthday note so she would know who sent it. They sent me an email instructing me on how to make that request. I followed it.. and guess what?? No birthday note was included in my gift. I had to follow up with my sister in law to see if she received it..She said she did and didn’t know who sent it.. just great.. not doing business with this company ever again !

I purchased a $100 card & later found out from the recipient that they wouldn’t be able to receive the card in their vacation home mailbox ( no access). Anyway I immediately emailed the Company and they offered to cancel that card and reissue at a better address. The whole process of ordering.. getting updates on the status of the delivery and the cancellation.. reissue and communication was handled beyond expected. I would definitely recommend this company as it also supports the many terrific businesses in North Myrtle Beach !!

If there was a quarter of a star I would have pressed that. This Fed ru agency is the worst. ! I live in NY and go to my Fla home 4 mos out of the year. Three years ago she I first bought I asked the USPS on Ave U & West 2stSt Bklyn to hold my mail. When I returned they couldn’t locate any of it. Four months of mail lost. Part 2 years I asked a neighbor to hold it for me. This year I completed a form to redirect the mail for 4 months . I’ve called Consumer Affair 4x. Some mail was sent to me in Fla. Some went to my home in Bklyn and some was returned to sender. Today I received notice from NYS that because I moved permentally that I can no longer vote in NY. Now I need to complete this form telling them that the morons who work at USPS told them wrong!

My grandson was ecstatic when he opened up the box. The stuff inside like the butterflies were so cute.. they moved around.. the cake was delicious.. a bunch of candies inside. I recommend this item highly and they delivered on time as requested!

My daughter bought me two Alex and Ani brackets for Xmas. One for my grandson and one for her. The one for my grandson only began to completely tarnish. I write Customer Svce. Never rec’d a reply. I followed up a month later and was told by Lindsay S “ Tarnish is not covered under our 1-year limited warranty. Upon review, your submission does not fall within our warranty guidelines.” I would never purchase another Alex and Ani bracket as they are not cheap and if they begin to tarnish like mine did it’s very embarrassing especially if it was a gift and how they can tell me that one completely tarnished and the other didn’t when I clean and wear them the same is beyond me. There must obviously be an issue with one of these bracelets and they just didn’t care!!

Justanswer.com claims you have 7 day feee trial period meanwhile I cancelled within 20 minutes of enrolling and they refuse to return my $47.00( $46.00 membership and $1.00 to get started) they told me too bad you enrolled and knew the cost. Obviously very hard up app and when they did answe my question it was taken from Google which is free. Don’t agree to the membership!!

I will never ever order from Wayfair again!! I ordered planters fir outside back in May.. I kept following up and kept receiving emails apologizing saying item was delayed. Today 3 months later I call snd find out the item was discontinued and they don’t have anything comparable for me but would like to extend 10% discount on my next order .. Are they serious?? Do yourself a favor and before you do order ask them to call the warehouse and find out the delivery date and if you don’t get it by then cancel it snd go somewhere else. Their Customer Service Dept SUCKS big time !!

Handle is flexible and doesn’t remain on pole . Called Company to assist in set up . Was on hold 20 min and then they wouldn’t help me unless I had an order number. Also umbrella doesn’t swivel so when the sun beats down on your guests you can’t turn the umbrella to accommodate them but rather you need to have your guests move!! Once you set the base up there’s no moving the unit bc you need 150 pds of sand in them the umbrella is so heavy

Bought a mattress at R&F although same one cheaper at Bobs Furniture because they didn’t have a take away if old mattress policy. When I bought it the salesman said as long as old mattress is free if any stains they will take it but to be sure buy a mattress cover which I did. Day before delivery they call to give me approx. delivery time. I ask about them taking old mattress away again because I’m 69 years old!! I’m told same exact story. On day if delivery the truck drivers said mattress was stained and had an odor and even with a mattress cover they wouldn’t take it. ( some stains yes but odor no!!) I immediately called back R&F and was told sorry up to drivers discretion. I was told salespeople will tell you anything to make a sale. Tricky and terrible way to make a sale. They just lost a good customer !! Beware of what they tell you because it may not be accurate or true!!
