Classic cottages gave great customer services, we were kept up to date with emails and timeframe for paying balance. This is maybe 4th time we have been with CC. Never had a bad property. Denham the house in Marazion was outstanding, exactly as described on the website. Lovely place, upside down rooms were great to take advantage of views of Mount Bay. Lovely quirky touches especially the mirrors in the bathrooms and the bedroom blinds in the windows really unusual. Even had underfloor heating if you needed it.
Welcome pack amazing, owners lived next door. Really nice and helpful. Great place would go again and use CC again

Lovely hotel, great staff, always chatty and there to help if needed. Rooms clean and tidy. Food in restaurant is great and service is very good. Breakfast choice is amazing and well presented. Try their afternoon tea as this is brilliant. We visit every year, will be back soon.

The organisation of the holiday and the coach crew we are outstanding. Because we were held up in Folkestone with a problem in the tunnel. Leger decided to put us into a hotel in Belgium - Holiday Inn, lovely hotel great customer services. However, the main hotel in Dusseldorf was supposed to be 4 star. But was definitely not, more like 2 star there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room and we didnt know we could request them. The breakfast was fine but evening meal was not worth the money we paid for it, the turkey mushroom dish had odd taste so we couldn't eat it. The crew on our coach number 46 were amazing with the service they gave us with lots of little extras - Chrissie and Dave. Great customer service and a credit to Leger. Looking through brochure already for next trip.
