Poor customer service and product quality

I bought a padded coat in March 2023, ready for the following winter. Within a year, the zip tore slightly at the bottom, making it difficult to fasten and causing it to pop open.

Customer service were initially helpful, offering either a replacement of a different style (my coat was discontinued) or a 15% refund to cover a repair elsewhere. I chose the refund, expecting to simply replace the zip — but after visiting several repair shops, none could find a compatible zip.

When I reached out again recently to ask if the brand could provide a replacement zip, I was told they don’t offer parts and that, because I accepted the refund, they have no further responsibility. Even when I offered to return the refund, no alternative support was provided.

It’s disappointing that the solution offered wasn’t actually workable, and that a repair option isn’t supported. For a “luxury” brand, I expected better product durability and aftercare.

Continued customer service incompetence

I am writing another review as my problem still has not been resolved since my last review on 31/07/24.

The £160 handbag that I am trying to return to the seller for a refund, which I posted with Evri on 31/05/24, has still not been delivered.

After no luck with their customer service routes on the website, I emailed the CEO early August to try and get a response. The next day I was called by Stephen, a customer service representative which gave me some hope that this was going to be resolved. He told me it was likely that it was going to be delivered within 72 hours and he would keep at eye on it.

After several follow ups and a bag that still was not delivered, Stephen referred me to the International team, saying that there was nothing more he could do. I emailed the contacts he gave me with no response. He gave me another email I tried who came back to me saying "redirect your query through the Webform/ your usual means of contacting Customer Services". I responded to them saying that I'd already done this with no result. I have not heard back from them.

I have emailed Stephen again today, I don't have much hope that this will help provide any solution.

It has been over 3 months since I posted the handbag. I sent it on 31/05/24. It is now 04/09/24. The 'Customer Service' team has sent me round in circles, constantly having to chase up, usually never getting a response. I'm actually in disbelief of the incompetence I am experiencing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never use this company again. I am not someone who gives a 1 star review lightly, look at my profile. I think there's maybe one other bad review (apart from my other recent review of Evri for the same issue).

Ongoing lost package with poor service

I used Evri to return a handbag I bought. I sent it on 31/05/24 and the tracking froze on 04/06/24 with no further updates. I raised a claim with them as I'd paid extra for insurance (the bag cost £160). They rejected my claim saying the package was being returned to me. I didn't understand if they had found the package, why it couldn't go to the original intended address. Why had I paid £16 for nothing?

I was able to get through to a customer service person on the Live chat (no idea how as I can't seem to now, the bot keeps fobbing me off) who advised me that customs fees were unpaid which is why it was being returned to me. This was incorrect, I wasn't selling a product so there should have been no customs fees.
I advised this to the customer service rep who apologised and offered a refund. I asked if it could just be sent on to the address of the seller, seeing as they still have the package, they said no.

Since then (approx 15/07/24) I have still not received the refund, or my handbag back. And I am finding it impossible to speak to a human through their live chat or number.
Safe to say, I won't be using Evri again.

I recently bought a witchy looking…

I recently bought a witchy looking dress (with pockets!), red velvet jumpsuit (with pockets!) and Dawn O’Porter cat jumper.

All of them fit perfectly. I don’t often buy several items and not have to return any. The dress is particularly comfortable / well fitting. Very flattering and can’t wait to wear them all! I also can’t express enough how much I appreciate clothing with adequate pockets. Thanks so much.

I bought the 72 bottle dark oak stained…

I bought the 72 bottle dark oak stained wood and galvanised metal, classic wine rack. It looks brilliant, fits perfectly where I wanted it and I now have a lovely place for my wine collection.
The wine rack is perfect but the reason I give 4 stars is because of the DIY nature of the product. It comes completely unassembled (understandably for shipping) and you have to put it together yourself. I’m not a DIY person and it took me 5 hours and many injuries to build it. If you’re not handy at DIY I’d suggest maybe looking at a different product or roping someone who’s handy into putting it together for you!

Do not buy. I should have read the reviews before buying.

I should have looked at the reviews before I bought this. I don’t need to use it often so I’ve only used it once since I’ve bought and the second time I try to use it, it’s stopped working. The power button is also wonky and of poor quality. Customer service then says it’s been over 30 days so there’s nothing they can do. Absolute dudd of a product, waste of money and just another piece of plastic that’s going to end up in landfill. Do not buy!!!

I've got a filtered water jug from…

I've got a filtered water jug from Avocado Ninja which I really like, I've had it for a while. The filter is easy to change and you can get a subscription service for replacement filters so you don't forget to change it. The customer service has always been great as well.

Wonderful, quality brand

I ordered the dolly dress, it came super quick and fits perfectly. Really lovely quality and looks wonderful. I love never fully dressed, they’re a refreshing clothes brand with quality products, not “fast fashion” that is just going to go into landfill. Super happy and would highly recommend to all! ☺️☺️

I started using the 20% CBD oil about 2…

I started using the 20% CBD oil about 2 months ago. I highly recommend it for anyone with anxiety issues as it’s really helped with mine. It’s not a magic cure all potion but it very much has reduced my anxiety attacks and general low moods which is a pleasant change! Things don’t seem to bother me as much anymore and I generally feel calmer. The only disappointment is the price seems to have gone up 25% from £99 to £125. Fortunately I managed to get my most recent bottle for the old price just before it went up a few weeks ago. I hope I’ll be able to continue to afford to buy it as it’s made such a great difference for me ☺️

I bought a gift hamper for my Mum and…

I bought a gift hamper for my Mum and Dad as a thank you. It included a bottle of Moet, a cheese knife and some cheese accompaniments. My Mum and Dad loved it, they sent a picture to me and it looked fabulous. They were super pleased and enjoyed it thoroughly. I will use Raptinabox again :)

Reusable make up remover pads great!

Reusable make up remover pads are great. Happy to be contributing slightly less waste for the environment. Purchase was easy and great value for something that's going to last 1000+ uses as per what is advertised.
Only thing would note is to make sure to press down for a minute or two when removing eye make-up, otherwise it can make your eyes sore.
Would buy again and recommend.
