This paint is so lovely, the colours are beautiful and the shipping packaging is lovely! Will definitely use this company again!

DO NOT TRUST!!! APPALLING

We are deeply disappointed to report our ongoing and frustrating experience with this company. Our shed delivery was abruptly postponed due to unspecified "delays in the wood shipment."

We received a new delivery date, which was personally guaranteed in writing.

In the days leading up to the scheduled delivery, we attempted multiple times to confirm the arrangements through email, voicemail, and phone calls. Unfortunately, all of these efforts were ignored. I personally called the office over 15 times, only to be met with unanswered calls, diverted to voicemail, or, on several occasions, having the call picked up and immediately disconnected.

Given our proximity to their premises, my husband visited the site in person. The sales office was locked and unmanned. The only individual present, a warehouse worker, was unable to provide any information regarding the whereabouts of the staff or our order.

After posting an honest and understandably critical review of our experience, we were finally contacted by Angela and Stuart. Rather than addressing the issues directly, they offered conflicting explanations and what appeared to be excuses for the lack of communication and failure to deliver. Their main concern seemed to be the public nature of our feedback rather than resolving the situation itself. Following a phone conversation with Stuart, during which he assured us that they would make every effort to meet the delivery date, I removed the review, trusting their word. We were again let down when delivery failed to materialise, this time citing their vehicle being with a mechanic.

We were then offered a refund with payment to be made upon completion of the build, an arrangement that suggested some hope of resolution. However, once again, we received no further communication by the promised time.

It is now Monday, and we remain entirely in the dark as to the whereabouts of our shed, the status of our order, or even whether the company intends to fulfil their contractual obligations. Stuart assured me on multiple occasions that he would call, but those promises were not kept. As a result, I’ve lost confidence in his word.

This entire ordeal has been handled with a shocking lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. We are appalled. We have no choice now but to escalate the matter to Trading Standards. Based on our experience, we cannot in good conscience recommend this business.

To those considering a purchase: please be warned. This does not appear to be a reliable or operational business. We were told that all negative reviews came from a single disgruntled customer, you now have another one added to your ever-growing list!

UPDATE - I have been trying to get hold of someone in the office since half 3 today so their reply on the other bad review saying they are answering their phones promptly is a lie. They never had an issue with their phone lines other than no one being there to answer them!! Also whoever responded to this message (either Angela or Stuart) no refund has come yet and your response is laughable as this was not what we were told on the phone by Stuart. There is a whole hoard of people out there who have had the worst experience with this company. Just look on Facebook and there is a whole page dedicated to people who have not had their orders fulfilled or completed in over 2 years! I have never known a company to be so dishonest and unprofessional in all my experience.

The customer requested a refund, which was processed today. Unfortunately, delays in timber shipments from Sweden have affected all of our customers, not just this order. These delays were beyond our control, and we have been doing everything possible to manage the impact.

It’s important to note that the original review was posted just two days before the building was due to leave our factory. We had arranged for delivery on the following Monday; however, the customer requested a refund and proposed that we deliver the building first and take payment afterward. We explained that this arrangement was not feasible, as the refund process could not be reversed in time for the delivery to proceed. This caused a delay in communication, and the building did not go out.

We have been in business for over 35 years. We have never advertised and are proud to have a strong base of returning customers. It is incredibly disheartening to see our reputation questioned so quickly during what has been a very challenging time for our industry.

That said, we understand how frustrating this has been. We have recently overhauled our telephone system to improve communication, and we are working hard behind the scenes to overcome current difficulties and return to the standard of service our customers have come to expect.

We sincerely thank all of our customers for their patience and support as we navigate this period.

We can confirm that your refund was processed and completed over two weeks ago, and the authorisation number was sent to you at that time. Since then, we have also upgraded our telephone system to ensure calls are handled more efficiently.
We are sorry to hear that you still feel unhappy, despite our apology and the refund being issued in full. Our aim is always to resolve matters quickly and fairly, and we regret that you feel the need to continue updating your review in light of the steps we have taken.

Do not buy from Bellafit!

I placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago now, I’ve tried to get in contact with Bellafit via their website and instagram. I’ve had no response or update about my order even after 3 emails and 2 instagram messages. Do not purchase from this company as they will take your money and not send a product!!

Amazing Company Experience!

We've had a great experience with Custom Tape! I want to say a very big thank you as well to Lynn, she made the whole experience easy and helped us out with an urgent order with no problems at all. Our custom tape turned up earlier than expected and it looks great! We will definitely be a returning customer.

Absolutely Disgusted

I ordered a copper personalised cake topper for my wedding. When the order arrived it was neon orange, I contacted the company via facebook and received an apologetic message and a promise of the correct cake topper being sent within the week. I was thrilled and thought about how amazing the customer service was....however, after weeks of chasing up the order as our wedding date was drawing closer, there was no further contact from the lady I spoke to. It was such a disappointment and I was so upset. I don't think I would have minded if it was for something else, however this was our wedding day and to completely ignore customers after you have promised something is absolutely disgusting. I will never use this company again and will deter any of my friends from using this company in the future.

I’m so sorry you had this experience with us. I understand you were sent the wrong colour topper. A replacement was sent, I’m sorry this wasn’t received. We had issues with our Facebook messenger and do post often to email instead of messaging via Facebook but I haven’t seen any emails from yourself. You have been fully refunded.

I hope you had a great wedding regardless, and I sincerely apologise for any disappointment caused.
