Failed to answer emails about my order for months, when they did there was an unacceptable excuse for not having supplied my order.
I asked for a refund as they were unable to fulfil the order in a reasonable time, which they have again ignored. Consequently they now have nearly £100 of my money and i’m out of pocket with no place names for my upcoming wedding.
Terrible customer service and communication - AVOID!

Don't buy from these. I bought a card for my fiancé that said I can't wait to marry you, Received the card 3 weeks later which was the completely wrong card and irrelevant to us. After trying to contact these on every platform possible I still have got no where, waste of time & money, businesses like this should not be allowed to exist.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! PLACED MY ORDER ON 10th JANUARY AND ITS NOW MAY AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT - THEY HAVE STOPPED ANSWERING MY EMAILS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered a mr and Mrs sign for my wedding 14th of April and it is this Saturday. Haven’t had a reply from emails so guess they are taking peoples money for their big day, not replying to emails and will have to hope that someone else can make a sign with only a week to go! Ruining people’s special day and making money from it. Heartless really.

I placed an order for mother's day and paid £10 for delivery so that the order would be delivered in time. Since the confirmation email, I have received nothing from this company. My items didn't arrive and I have had no response to my emails or messages on Instagram. From looking at recent comments and reviews online, it looks like my experience isn't an isolated incident. I'm not convinced this business is even operating at the moment but is still taking orders and people's money! Such a shame as I previously ordered from them and had no problems and the item received was beautiful.

I ordered drinks stirrers in January and still have nothing. No communication since my first email, which they did reply to. I have since sent several emails and have received nothing back

Placed order on 29 November - gifts for Christmas. I heard nothing since, tried phoning - no answer, tried emailing, no answer, tried FB messenger - no answer.
I finally got a reply on 19 December to say sorry they had a number of issues with their mail consolidation app.
They posted them out next day delivery and they arrived on 20 December. So I have updated my review as they have resolved my issue now.
The items themselves are beautiful, just had a frustrating time with the order/delivery.

We ordered the drinks tags and could not have been happier with the result - they looked gorgeous and having them personalised with our initials was a great touch! Thank you so much!

I ordered place names as I had wrongly spelled the last order.

Last contact with with them was 16th August no cominication since.

I now need to pay my signage person in Cyprus to make 47 new place settings because I am having no response. What is the hold up

I ordered pink place names for my wedding and they are absolutely stunning I can’t wait to see them on the day. The covering on top of the place names are slightly difficult to get of and a little time consuming however it was was worth it.
Unfortunately I had to change my table plan last minute and I needed extra place names. After 1 email it was all sorted and later that day my order was shipped so that it would be here for the wedding. Amazing service!!

I ordered a photo block, and didn’t realise until after that i had selected the wrong picture and I also needed some more wording added in! I emailed to explain my situation and I can’t thank Chris enough! He was so amazing and got back my email very quick and done exactly what I asked and it was delivered to me with me within 3 days!

The photo block is more beautiful in person. It’s such a lovely gift and I can’t wait to give it to that person. I highly highly recommend. Will be back for sure. 10\10

Initially ordered a cake topper which was lovely however, I accidently broke it. Ordered another one to replace it which ended up getting lost in the post. Cannot fault Chris who made sure another one was posted out in time to arrive for our wedding with only 1 week to go. Great quality, stunning product from a very professional, helpful team. Would highly recommend.

Ordered some gold mirror laser cut place names for my wedding tables and a cake topper. They turned out so well, can’t wait to see them all laid out on the day!

Will also be a nice keepsake for our guests instead of the usual paper place cards. Delivery was very quick especially for personalised items.

Will definitely order from this company again in future as they have lots of lovely pieces.

I ordered a photo block on Friday the 11th not expecting it till sometime during the week of the 14th. What a surprise I got when I checked my mail on Sunday afternoon. It was an even better surprise to see how beautiful the photo block is. It's a gift that I'm really excited to give and can't stop thinking about.

I bought the photo in glass and a card for our first valentines day as Mr & Mrs. Both products are of a very high quality and great value for money. Delivery was really quick and when I contacted Chris ref a delivery of the card he was super responsive and so very helpful. Customer service was excellent.
Overall really happy and would recommend to friends and family without a doubt and I will definitely use again in the future.
