Return not collected

Booked a collection from my home for a return. I received an email confirming the date. The parcel was not collected. I've sent numerous emails for 2 weeks most of them have been ignored . I still have the parcel for collection.

reply from Evri is a joke.. I've already contacted them numerous times asking for my parcel to be collected

I have been waiting for a delivery

I have been waiting for a delivery. It arrived at the local hub last weekend and is still not out for delivery.
My messages have been ignored.
Looks as though my parcel has disappeared.

Yes I have made contact.
But you have not replied to my email.
Very quick to leave a reply to my bad review though...

I wanted to get away from mint…

I wanted to get away from mint toothpaste so decided to buy Hismile vanilla.
It tasted great and my teeth felt really clean after brushing. However the pain when I rinsed my mouth was unbearable.. my gums were on fire and so painful.. I have tried again today and still having terrible gum reactions. Tonight I used my usual toothpaste and had no problem..
I won't be recommending.
I was asked to give extra details regarding this so they could investigate! I did and they have failed to contact me.
I tried the toothpaste again. It is still causing very sensitive teeth and gum. I've tried 2 flavours both have the same outcome

I wish I had researched

I wish I had researched ! But for some reason I didn't . This is a fake company. I've sent numerous emails regarding an order. The same response was sent every time. Basically on the lines of tracking number was wrong and a new one will be issued ... Website said it was on the way. But no tracking or updates.e with each email I asked for a refund, no answer .So I told them I would report as a fake company and they send what looks like a legit refund email. I will wait and see ! In the meantime I've raised this with my bank.

Did it grow legs ?…

This parcel was apparently left outside of a communal door to 10 flats. My doorbell was not used. I also have my own front door which should have been used. I tried to find my parcel but it had either been taken, grown legs and wandered off or the driver took it away after taking a photo. I do not have a safe space for delivery and it certainly would not be outside ! Delivery drivers really need to be told how to correctly deliver a parcel !

Parcel late.

I was led to believe that me parcel would arrive before the Easter weekend. It didn't and I am still waiting. I have checked the tracking and it is still at the depot. No sign of it being delivered .

I was assaulted by one of their…

I was assaulted by one of their drivers. Physically and verbally. He broke my phone and caused injury and distress. Just Eat failed to do anything because I do not have video evidence.
I am 60 years old and a Wheelchair user.
The delivery driver was a young man. He took a video of the incident and stated that he would make it go viral.
That would be evidence !

Used to be fabulous...

After receiving the third pair of socks in 6 months, I have decided to cancel my subscription. I can't wear these socks so I feel I am losing out. I have loved most boxes and first subscribed when the company was small. I will miss receiving the boxes. I am not sure what the obsession with socks is. When I contacted the company they said most liked the socks. Shame there's not an opt out of socks button !
Resumed my subscription after the offer to replace socks ... Fabulous 🤩

I ordered from Greggs. The coffee was disgusting! Nit drinkable and made me sick. I questioned if it was made with full milk as it did not taste like it.

look fully into their subscription…

look fully into their subscription before you sign up.
They take your money at the beginning of the month but that payment is for the following months box. So if they take the money on 1st may you will not get a box until after 9th June.
the company says you can change your subscription item BUT you have to do this BEFORE they take payment. THE WHOLE PROCESS HAS BEEN STRESSFUL and ridiculous.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A SUBSCRIPTION.

I made changes to my order and this showed on my subscription page. At no time was I informed that this was wrong . I continued to believe that the swap I had made was ok (as it showed on my subscription page) until I was sent a different box.

Subscription terms:

Our subscription journey has not changed since we started. As all of our FAQs, email updates and terms of sale outline, the subscription renews on the 11th of each month. All edits have to be made before that, this is because an order is created when you pay for it on the 11th. Like all retail websites, the order is created and sent to the fulfilment centre once you pay. We do offer to try and help if a customer makes a mistake or wants to change their delivery if we are contacted.

Parcel was left in a communal area. I was at home and the courier did not ring my doorbell on delivery. Couriers NEED to ring door bells as notification of delivery at least.

I received a promotion email for MyDyas…

I received a promotion email for MyDyas 1st birthday. Purchase in-store show card and you then would get a free lucky dip. So went to store ,did as email said and did not get lucky dip. So contacted Robert Dyas who refuse to acknowledge the promo. Said it was a store promo nothing to do with them, but the promo ran from other stores. So false advertising via direct email and a con.
Despite the reply below I haven't received any contact from customer team

reluctant to even give this company a star.

reluctant to even give this a star.
Ordered before and had problems with no stock left. with no communication stating this.
I ordered a big towel last week. My order went through and all paid for. I even got an email to say the order was on its way to be packed. A week later I'm still waiting. I sent an email asking where my item was due to arrive to be told that the item was out of stock and there was a wait of 10-12 weeks. Well this was not the case when I ordered and money was taken from my account.
This company really needs to sort out their ordering process with out of stock items stating out of stock.
If the item does go through them it should be common courtesy to email the customer and refund them immediately. The customer should not have to chase orders or refunds. The customer should never have to pay for out of stock items. Other companies manage this.

Parcels go ' missing '

I decided to resubscribe to this company after a few months. I stopped my last subscription due to not receiving boxes. They were resent but I didn't expect boxes to go ' missing '. I thought covid may be a reason. So I resubscribed this month and yet again my box which was posted around 2 weeks ago has not arrived. I've email to say I haven't received it but I have had no reply. So again I will be unsubscribing. I will not try again.
