It's easy to use and well organised most of the time and I enjoy using your service, only one thing to note, is that if your making your own box up, you can't save the items you have selected until you have gone through the whole process before checkout and then you save the whole box, so if anything happens to the page you have to start all over again, which can be a bit annoying especially if you can't remember what you've selected, which has happened to me a few times, aside from that I love your service and have used it quite a few times for myself and for my friends and family.

I love this concept & the business seems to be doing amazing!
Still keeping that personalised touch, it feels like you have sent it yourself but the amazing team do it all for you!
I have gifted around 6/7 boxes so far and everyone who has received one has LOVED them!
I’ve also noticed that more and more options are available everytime I go to order a new box which is fab to suit different peoples tastes!

They are not accurate and they are not reliable. they gave me information about delivery, they did not follow through. If you have an occasion and an important date - they are not a recommendation.

I bought a treat box for both my son and daughter and actually felt left out once I saw how much they loved the treat, so I treated myself to the birthday box. It's not until 10/11 so I have been opening 1 package each weekend in the run-up; not just a birthday week but month!

I recently found treatbox through the Voxi Drop promotion. I was very excited as I love to support small businesses but unfortunately my order never arrived. I contacted support and they recommended that I wait and contact them at a later date if my order still hadn't arrived. In fairness I completely forgot and emailed them back a month later in which I receive a reply stating that they were unable to replace my order as the promotion had ended. Completely fair. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because while I never received what I ordered, the customer service is amazing.

I Cancelled my order, after having my arm twisted because app there was a glitch in the system and they informed me after payment that a delivery charge should have been charged, then asking if id like to pay £4.95 to have it delivered after a binding agreement was made, no terms stating a right to cancel by seller order in place.
Yet you make it very very clear ‘free next day delivery’ on your site and across the web (screenshots taken after your app glitch’)
By principle I proceeded with the cancellation

I loved my treat box and the quality of the products is great. Unfortunately there was an item missing which was a little disappointing and it took a few days to send out as it was over the weekend but customer was great.
