We have looked into your order, and understand your sample was booked in at the laboratory on 08/01/2022 01:55 and your results were issued on 10/01/2022 12:13.

We understand this is slightly over the stated timeline of 24-48 hours within receipt of samples at the laboratory. However, the delay in getting your results was mostly due to a Royal Mail delay in delivering this to our laboratory, as you registered your sample on 02/01/2022.

As we rely on third party courier companies such as Royal Mail, unfortunately we do not have control over their internal delivery delays.

We apologise if this was not to your satisfaction, however we hope to serve you again in the future.
